This is just an investment for him- his wife being the president is a joke! The whole Pegula thing downtown is failing miserably

Why don’t you buy them out so we can see it done properly?

I mean, they can’t be smarter than you!

I would if I could- I will start off by drilling a few wells first and work my way up. I will make sure Kim is the first one canned too.

Wait....they were smarter than you back then?

I suspect the same is true now.

WOW! Good for you! I’d love to be an NFL owner. I’m just a couple billion short. If I were as smart and fortunate as the Pegulas, I’d own the Bills. But I’m glad you like your job. (There’s a Sammy joke in there, but I’m good natured and really don’t mean to go that far! ?

I was in Queens and my DVR did not record and i was pissed.... until i read this. Thank you for making me glad i have no way of watching!?

Yeah, it wasn't pretty. I muted the sound and pretty much lost interest around the fourth time Cordarrelle Patterson gouged us on an end-around.

The Bills got destroyed by a Patriots team where Tom Brady was god awful.

He's now 0-4 vs Patriots and for the first time today his offense scored a TD against them. That's beyond pathetic.

Sean has lost every ounce of faith I tried to have in him.

Forgive me for copying and pasting this from another thread, but it seems appropriate here as well.

Allen and Edmunds were drafted because of their physical traits and potential.  If Edmunds figures it out, he will be a league leading freak for years with his size and speed.  Allen is in the same situation.  Not polished coming out of college, but will be a baller if he develops with his physical attributes.

Beane didn't draft Allen and Edmunds to win this year, he drafted them to win next year.  Hopefully Beane is proven right.

We all knew this was going to be a bad year for the Bills.  I don't understand the despair on this message board when the Bills look bad during what is clearly a rebuilding year.  We have no O-line, our rookie draft picks are playing like rookies,  and we have no wide receivers, but dammit! we should walk into Foxborough and win right now...

We now have someone who has a real chance to be our franchise QB, we are out of salary cap hell, and we have a full compliment of draft picks.  Contrast that to where we were at the end of last season.  Take a breath people.

I think Beane isn't drafting next year to win either.   That would be dumb.

We know you are the only expert here.  Now preach boy!!!

You’re the only boy here, Ned.

I’m a middle of the road guy, so I can offend people on either end. But I’m leaning toward avoiding short-sighted idiots after a loss.

You make some valid points.  Here are my counter points:

1) the FA acquisitions and the money that was spent this year, was spent primarily on DL and LB - Star Lotuleilei and Trent Murphy for example.   Other players we had in place last year who contributed to taking us to the playoffs and who were signed to reasonable deals elsewhere, were moved on from.    When we get gashed in the run game as badly as we got gashed today, there is reason to be concerned we did not make good choices.

2) the ST play is awful - AWFUL.  We routinely dress among the most players for ST.  The penalties, the mistakes, the poor punting - it does not look like a well-coached unit.  Beyond the punter, that isn’t an issue of talent, it’s an issue of discipline and proper coaching.

3) Same goes for the persistent awful penalties.  We do not play like a well disciplined, well coached team.
