London sports bar showing Bills and NFL games

Sorry to disappoint.  To my knowledge there are no dedicated Bills Bars in London or UK.  The die hard Bills fans will watch at home on NFL Game Pass.  Special offer this week only £5.  Some fans may go to the Chargers/Titans game at Wembley for the early kick off.  There are generic Sports Bars & Pubs in London that will show live Sports.  Rileys Sports Bar in Haymarket is fairly close to you in Mayfair.  Multi screens, but will show soccer and NFL and other sports.   Vikings/Jets is the main match on UK Sky Sports this week so that may well be on in Rileys.   Possible they may show NFL Red Zone.

Hope you enjoy Mayfair.    Go Bills.

I’d say 80% of this board have never left western NY. This is not the appropriate place to ask.

Google is your friend.

Have fun in the crap weather and enjoy the ***** overpriced food of London.

Terrible post.  80% of this board probably doesn't even live in WNY currently so you lost all credibility with your first sentence.

The food in London isn't overpriced or ***** if you take 20 sec to use the internet. Ironically was just there for the Texans game. Most casinos show the games but call in advance just to make sure. There are a couple bars in London where you can book a table and have them show the specific game you want at your table as well. However, you need a min of 4 people so I wasn't able to do that.

There is nothing wrong with being a homebody, what’s up with your attitude?

Take it easy bro.

There are Bills fans in London like in every major city in the world. Best place is probably Hippodrome Casino on Leicester Square -- they have a dedicated viewing area for every NFL game every week so there are always other Bills fans there.  I watched the opener there and there were plenty of Bills fans.

There is also a UK Bills backers group they held a Bills party in a dedicated bar for the playoff game in January so post there to check

I was travelling the last few weeks in Boston and Chicago and watched the Bills games in the Bills bars in those cities.  Reminded me that the Bills experience is even more intense when you're watching with Bills fans away from WNY.  All the passion without the pessimism that sometimes seeps in in Buffalo itself !

Here we have the typical pretentious, liberal arts degree holder that went on a senior trip to the Canadian side of Niagara falls and thinks he is now well travelled and culturally informed. How pathetic, i bet you googled  "typical weather in london" and "price of food in London" to sound like you knew something.

Haha I bet you will feel the need to make up a list of places you "have been"(googled) in response to my post.

London is a gigantic world city.  You can eat unbelievably great food there every day of the week, if you go to the right places.

Your stereotype nonsense is stupid.

Yikes! Have you ever left your Mom’s sofa? I’ve been to London many times, and can’t wait to go back. You’ve clearly never been there...or anywhere else.

By the way...it’ll be 65 and sunny in London tomorrow and 43 and crappy in WNY.

Thanks for all of the replies.  Likely will check out the Hippodrome Casino on Leicester Square.  I did do a Google search before posting and asking the question.  Results included some of the casinos in Leicester Square (including the Hiippodrome), Riley's, Belushi's and Naughty.

My son just got back from London a few days ago. They had some wonderful dining experiences. Some people.......just can’t help themselves. But who was surprised by that post?

Hey, ZERO harm in asking for ideas! Life is more than a Google search. Don’t listen to those who live to bash. Good luck and have a great time!

I occassionally get out of my moms basement to take a walk in the backyard. Mommy says too much sun is bad for my skin. She puts the lotion on the skin...

I hope, once I’m more independent, I will be able to visit Batavia, I hear that’s a huge city. There is even a hotel there and traffic lights!!!

This is the best choice to go for NFL any place outside the US.

Maybe in the world.

Go to the Hippodrome for NFL London.

Ryan, one of the guys who I believe founded the weekly event, is a serious Bills fan.

This is correct.

While London USED to be awful for culinary experiences - currently it might be the best in the world.

Mans I say this as someone who goes a lot of places.

The weather still sucks / for sure.

Excellent news. It is, in my admittedly biaised opinion, the best city in the world. The Hipperdrome is your best bet I think.

Whereabouts does your daughter live jahnyc?

Hippodrome was crowded and overall pretty good to watch the Bills play the Colts.  They showed all of the NFL games upstairs (except for maybe the Browns) and they set up a separate viewing area for the Bills-Colts, which was comprised of a small sitting area with maybe six or seven rows with three chairs in a row plus a long sofa along the side of the seating area.  Only one Indy fan in the group, but I am not sure how many were fans of the Bills because there were people wearing different team jerseys.  I think some people were waiting for the later games.  Surprisingly, I think the biggest crowds were there to watch the Panthers and the Texans.  There also seemed to be a fair number of Eagles fans.

Food was fine.  They had Buffalo wings, but, unfortunately, I am trying to eat healthy.

Thanks J.  Useful to know.  Hope the rest of your UK trip is more enjoyable.
