1. Minnesota might have a let down this game, this match-up is sandwiched between Green Bay and at Philadelphia.

2. McDermott calling plays will help this defense a lot. I feel a chip on the shoulder game coming this week after the embarrassment of those first 6 quarters.

3. After all, we always seem to win NFC games over the last decade.

4. Defense creates 3 turnovers, Shady finally runs a little, 23-21 upset.

5. Someone had to right? LAMP is in style.....

I love your optimism.

Vikings scrub players start to take the field sometime in the 3rd quarter......this will be a blow out of which this team has never seen before!

Bro.

We've had some pretty big blowouts in just the last year and this one alone.

That's a pretty high (or is it low?) bar to reach ??

Really all I want from this week is the same I wanted from last week. A step forward. They went from rock bottom to a small step above rock bottom and now I am looking for yet another step up. Being as bad as we are I can only ask that they keep developing and putting the pieces together and making small strides forward. I will be more concerned with W's next year ;)

My feeling is this:

I can be critical of this franchise, I'm not a kool aid fan. Once in awhile though, you have to be positive. Why the hell can't we win?

More then anything, just want to see this team fight they way they did in the 2nd half against the Chargers.

It is a great attitude to have.  I hope you are right.  It would be great if we can make a run.  When the Bills lose, it affects for at least the following week.

I also think that being a Buffalo fan (Bills and Sabres) builds character . . . .

Actually though, ha. I think our Defense steps up a bit more if they play like they did the second half for the whole game, keeps us in it for four quarters, and I agree with a close twenty point turnout one way or the other.

Selfish plug: after growing up in Philly my whole life, I'm finally going to my first actual game with multiple generations of bills fans (uncle moved to MN) - would be nice to see a close game and a W, otherwise you can blame it on me lol
