Their production isn’t too far off from how they performed in Buffalo, except for Goodwin who rededicated himself to football. Zay, on the other hand needs to show that he can play WR first. There was little doubt that the other 3 were bona fide WRs.

Guest K-GunJimKelly12
There was so much talent in the 2nd and 3rd rounds of the 2017 draft. This is the type of pick that really makes the current regime look a lot like what we have had here before.

The his WR coach in Eastern Carolina Phil McGeoghan recommended him and they actually hired the coach as well to work with him dumping a good WR coach already on staff. He was not able to raise Jones' game and that is not surprising considering his NFL resume. The coach was allowed to look for a new job before being fired. Wikipedia on coach - only reason why Jones gets a mulligan. As coach: Maine (2007) Wide receivers coach & tight ends coach Navy Prep (2008) Offensive coordinator South Florida (2009–2011) Wide receivers coach Miami Dolphins (2012–2014) Assistant wide receivers coach Miami Dolphins (2015) Wide receivers coach East Carolina (2016) Wide receivers coach Buffalo Bills (2017) Wide receivers coach Los Angeles Chargers (2018-present) Wide receivers coach
BillsPride12
I feel like we are right back to the Rex Ryan days...Only past Week 1 and I feel like we are watching a friggin soap opera again. I can tolerate a losing season because I understand the nature of a rebuild but I can't take another laughing stock of the NFL season yet again

But I do think McDermott is having difficulty. He is only in his second year and he's not been given much talent to work with. I'm not holding anything against Zay Jones for the week 1 game. However, KB most certainly did not play hard. The QB situation has been horribly mishandled for the second season in a row. But his career is still young and I am still hoping for the best. I was exaggerating a bit for the sake of trying to be somewhat sarcastic because I think McDermott is much more business than Rex ever was. But i think to a degree his inexperience might be catching up to him because of the way some things have been mishandled. And don't think for a minute just because nobody has come out and said anything that the Veterans in the locker room aren't extremely frustrated right now. McBeane continued to preach winning now and winning later when in reality it's clear they are going for a full tear-down rebuild and that's the kind of stuff that make players lose trust in a coach. I'm just nervous about how everything is going to play out this season. I can already sense alot of frustration from players, McDermott himself, and certainly from the fans point of view. I anticipate two things this season/postseason. A lot of losses followed by a lot of turnover. And the players who are frustrated will likely be the ones leaving. As long as Allen gets his experience and stays healthy, it's forward progress, in my book. Bills will get younger and better in 2019.

C.Biscuit97
I love that the players and the players’ families are in the wrong instead of the dorks who just spend their time criticizing a 22 year old. I wanted JuJu and think Zay has been bad. But honestly, what does Jerry Sullivan know about football? That nerd has never played a sport in his life. He is just a miserable hater who just runs his mouth and hides behind a microphone. He is a complete coward. Sports “Journalism “ is such a weird profession. Guys who were mostly likely dorks who get paid to criticize people who made the top 5% of their profession.

We basically have the same record as we did with Rex and both sides of the ball has regressed. Rex was a clown who had a much better roster but McDermott deserves a lot of blame for how talentless this team is. Just now, Royale with Cheese said: Next draft, we need to interview the players and their parents. They do. They interview everyone they can associated with the player. And I would love for my family to defend me against a dork like Sullivan.

BillsVet
The last thing for people to criticize or highlight is the mental health of a 22-23 year old man. His parents may be aggressively protective but I cannot stand seeing people throw around terms like "crazy" and "nut." Mental health is not a joking matter.
Captain Murica
I would rather have the St. Brown family drama at this point. At least their whackyness is mainly due to the father only marrying his mother based on selective breeding purposes, and not Twitter wars with fans, and the media. Also, a general rule I have is never been on Jerry Sulkivan’s Side for anything. Miserable Milhouse. 4 minutes ago, Captain Murica said: I would rather have the St. Brown family drama at this point.
