lol radio.com app

Hum...I haven't had any issues with this app at all.  Weird.  I use the app daily and have never heard "The Greatest Moment in Sports" spot that everyone is bringing up.

the old app went backwards as well...why in the hell would it do that is a great question..stupid I agree. 

 

BTW, go into the settings menu, select "audio settings" and you can disable autoplay there. Works just fine for me. I would enable it if the damn thing went forward, not backward!

Thank you! It was in a much more accessible spot in the old app. And I agree, no reason to autoplay backwards. Makes zero sense.

Yes and it is really irritating. Time to dump this app. This has been a complete joke the entire process. I was emailing them everyday telling them to stop sending me mails everyday about switching to radio.com. They deserve some significant revenue loss from this.

Yup...I heard one 12 minute segment from Murph at 1pm and then “greatest moments” the next 45 minutes...I finally just switched over to The FAN ...weird that station doesn’t seem to have any issue in the app

I sent my plan email to them and of course no response. But informed them they have a 24 hour buffer fix period. Once that 24 hours is up. 

 

The first time the issue occurs again 24 hour Suspension (I WILL NOT tune in to ANY Entercom Media)

 

Second Strike. No Entercom Media for a week 

 

Third Strike. All Entercome media suspended for a month. 

 

Final Strike - will not longer tune into ANY Entercome Media Again.

for those that are tweeting me about the app issues, feel free to email Entercom corporate headquarters. you'll find a link at their web site

I just finished listening top hour 1 of their show on demand, they talked about the fact that they and corporate are well aware of the issues, keep your emails and tweets going to Entercom, the frustration is being heard loud and clear at corporate and they are working hard to get it fixed. They sounded as pissed as everyone here, just could not say it as loud as they wanted...they do like to get paid and all
