I am watching Cutler vs. the Eagles in preseason week 3. With the Darby + Graham secondary I have been thinking was pretty good. But they are a team that screams regression. Prime Jay Cutler is a 7-9 type qb. He's not prime Cutler anymore. They are winning between 6 and 7 games.
