AVP is Alex Van Pelt, SG is Sam Gash, but no idea who TH is.

Todd Haley?

His contract ends after the 2016 season

I'm not sure how I feel about this if it were to happen. Joe Buscaglia presented some interesting options. And honestly, it's basically how I feel about all the coaches hired thus far, except McDermott that after much reading I'm truly warming to, and thinking positively regarding his potential.

I think AVP is ready.

He was put in a tough situation in 2009. Plus that was 8 years ago. He'll be 47 in May.

Solid NFL career as a backup, spent a few years here in Buffalo as a coach, probably worked his way up the ladder too fast. Spent two seasons as Bucs QB coach (while Greg Olson was OC, btw). And is about to complete his fifth season with the Packers where I'm sure he learned a lot from McCarthy, Ben McAdoo, Tom Clements, Edgar Bennett and even Rodgers.

Plus the guy has obviously groomed himself physically for years to look like a Buffalonian.

That is clearly my favorite part of the analysis!
