The Senate committee asked the DoJ for documents related to the charging decisions in the email scandal, and the DoJ rebuffed those requests with one of the reasons listed being "cannot relinquish information related to evidence being presented to a grand jury". One in Little Rock, and one no one knows the location too. We know there is at least one due to McCabe's attorney being denied portions of the OIG report.
