Normally, players would exercise the 24-hour rule and enjoy a win. However, shortly after Sunday’s victory, members of the Green & White coaching staff were immediately back to work. “We won. That's the biggest thing,” said head coach Todd Bowles. "There were some sloppy things that we have to clean up. We have to move on to Buffalo right now. We have a short week. We have to turn it around and correct some of the things we see on film overnight. Buffalo committed a whopping 13 for 94 yards in the win over Miami. Buffalo’s opponent this week the Jets have the fourth-fewest penalties this season (49), which averages to about six per game. Their punter was 4 for 4 on extra points but didn't attempt a field goal. Not sure if they sign someone or roll with that, but either way it gives us an advantage in the kicking game.
