Yes, he's the GM but they frequently are influenced heavily by the preferences of the head coach and at times the owner (D. Snyder). Whoever made the decision made a mistake at the time, which a number of us said. He and EJ are pretty much the same level. Cassel probably has a slightly higher floor, EJ was younger with assumed more upside. They both are terrible. How about this?
