Do We Have Any Bernie Sanders Supporters Among Us?

Recommended Posts

:lol::lol:

George Clooney’s next door neighbor is planning to hold his own fundraiser — to benefit Bernie Sanders — during the actor’s posh Hollywood soiree Saturday night with Hillary Clinton.

Howard Gold, whose family founded the 99 Cents Only store chain, is calling his bash the “99% Party,” with tickets selling for $27 per person.

An email invite sent to Sanders supporters Saturday reads: “Swimming pools, Movie Stars, and merriment for all! This is happening right next door to Clooney's party for Hillary!”

The invite also notes that "no-one (will be) turned away for a lack of funds."

Obviously there is a shitload of professionals and academics who strongly disagree with you.

https://berniesanders.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/Wall-St-Letter-1.pdf

The very first paragraph states that their goal is make it possible for businesses to fail.

In fact, the entire letter is about finding a way to allow MORE businesses to fail so that they can enact a form of JUSTICE that was denied to them by government assistance to these companies.

While I agree with the premise that breaking up companies, to force competition, is good for the consumer, it does not prevent economic calamity; Nor does Sanders' plan even seek to do this. He just wants to make the Wallstreet fat-cats pay... for something.

Aside from Robert "I'm a huge socialist" Reich, who are these people? Never heard of them.

Even the president, you know the guys economic policies you completely support, even his top economic men think Sander's economic plans consist of flying unicorns that fart rainbows.

Most of the amoeba powered brains on this forum are lucky to find the power button on their computers. Even more impressive is they somehow figure out how to push it.

DC Tom, however, is a different breed. DC Tom knows the history of that buttons manufacturing. He knows all about how it was engineered and the thought process put into it's design. He can speak to how optimal the button is compared to other buttons. But DC Tom is missing a circuit somewhere. DC Tom will insist the button is only an off button. It doesn't turn on the computer. We don't know how the button turns on, there is not enough research on that topic. The verdict is still out there, the science is not decided on how to turn the computer on. I still have no idea how DC Tom manages to actually get his computer on.

It's not a button, it's a switch. You moron.

Hrm.. I think you are right. Now I'm going to go back and question every button related position I've ever held. All of my button-lore beliefs are now brought into question.

Of course I'm right, dolt. A switch has two or more static positions ("on" or "off", "true" or "false", "start/stop/reset/boost"). You set the switch to the desired state, it stays in that state.

A button has only two states: a single static state - usually "open" - and an alternate state that requires continuous user input (i.e. "press here.") If you press a button to make something do something, and that something keeps doing that something after you let the button go, you're pressing a switch.

!@#$ing oaf. I hate it when you show up. It's like you crawl out of your hole, I see your shadow, and it's six more weeks of stupid. Go back in to your hole already.

Did some of us think gator was conner reincarnated? If so this proves they are two different people. Gator couldn't come close to this somewhat creative insult.
