Great HC hire to a team where big names historically have chosen not to come Made a daring trade shipping out Fan favorite Kiko for an all-star RB Was not afraid to bring competition to the QB position Willing to pay star DT top-tier money Paid a ransom to get the top FA TE in the league They have put the players in position to succeed.
