GOBILLS78
Readers will hardly notice the change, and it makes sense. AP subscriptions have become hugely expensive, and the News already has secondary wire options, as noted, like the WaPo news service, LA Times and more. Just wondering how they'll use the money they're saving here.
eball
I guess we can say goodbye to John Wawrow. Does Wawrow have anything to do with the Snooze (aside from knowing those guys because they are on the Bills beat)? I always read his reports on Yahoo. Lurker
Since the evolution of Social Media outlets, the newspapers have become more irrelevant. Yep, people would rather look at cat memes and articles about Bruce Jenner's sex change than ones about Putin or ISIS or the social security trust fund... Gugny
Our local newspaper just announce a partnership with the Washington Times. Small newspapers get readership based on local news/sports. People can read/view national news anywhere. These partnerships are, understandably, becoming more commonplace. As far as Wawrow goes ... his coverage of the Bills is, hands down, the best on the planet. I actually consider that a fact.
