This guy is always dead on with the Bills and knew about Orton/Rex before ESPN had the news. He is saying they contract is in the final phases and should be done by Tuesday. They also don't want to Franchise him.  While there is no mention of deal getting done by Tuesday, NFL.com does expect a deal to get done prior to the deadline.
