Greenpeace didn't own it any more. Although they did maintain the right to determine it's disposal...but the ship was forbidden to sail outside of costal waters, which limited disposal to "a beach in Bangladesh." Which was done before Greenpeace even knew it happened. As much as I like to rag on the hypocrisy of environmentalists...this isn't one of those cases.
