Now we're talking international, multi-jurisdictional matters. The tax returns would be ridiculous. You can't own a professional sports team AND a public university in neighboring states. Erie County owns Ralph Wilson Stadium. City of Green Bay owns Lambeau Field. I really don't know of any privately built stadiums off the top of my head. Not sure how that would work. If Jacobs pays for the new stadium does he own it and then leases it to the Bills? Who own the Chiefs? Owwwwnnns, Owwwwwwns, Should find out soon. It is widely known 55 million of that came from Jeremy Jacobs. In return, Jacobs firm gets the vending contracts, which are much more lucrative over the life span of an arena of this stature (normally slated for 50 years). Because the stadium will be in Buffalo, and Delaware North is in Buffalo, and the Jacobs family has a longstanding good tradition in Buffalo, wouldn't the concession contract for Sportservice almost automatically go to them whether they were involved in building of the stadium or not?
