Carriers are a small moving target with a CAP and surface to air missiles. WWII Kamikazes had a low hit rate and they flew at a much lower altitude and were considerably more agile than a commercial jetliner. That would cause chaos in europe. Or change out the transmitter in the a330, fly to somewhere in the UAE and then follow the well established and busy air route from DXB to LHR and there ya go...
