Another example of stuff that matters not. We have 536 people in Washington that can't seem to focus on fiscal responsibility, illegal immigration, the skyrocketing cost of health insurance and health care and fair application of the law. Instead they engage in a food fight and the media covers it and America to a great extent swallows it.

We are developing cleaner energy and it is becoming less expensive. Solar getting cheaper. Nuclear is very cheap and can be safe. Traditional fired production has and can get cheaper and cleaner. CO2 disposal and reclamation/re-use technology is being developed and improved. All of this takes time and research and money to develop but if you were to plot the progress that has been made over the past few decades and explore what might be coming in the next couple decades, many nations including the U.S. are on a good trajectory toward further reducing both pollutants and carbon emissions. The left though and the leftist media don't want to acknowledge any of this.

Agree the report will be somewhat neutral because this is so politically charged and Horowitz being a democrat will likely cause him to be somewhat sympathetic to the swamp. I don't believe there is anyone that in this role and in this matter that can completely park their political leanings and act without any bias.

If 80% or thereabouts agree on many things, some of those undoubtedly are cracking down on illegal immigration and having orderly borders, fiscal responsibility by the federal government and making changes to private health insurance laws and practices so that insurance and the underlying care are more affordable. Trump would play ball on all of these. It would be nice if we had a likeable and effective President, but I'll settle for effective. His political opposition isn't focused on the things that 80% of the population agree on as you say and they are doing more to stand in the way of progress than working toward any of the agreeable (to most voters) areas. His political opposition is really stupid because we have a President who more than at least his 2 predecessors loves to make deals. Trump isn't overly ideological. They are doing the opposite.

Bills will certainly be rested and hopefully well prepared. The Ravens right now look like the best team in football IMO so this will be one tough test for the Bills. Hopefully the Ravens get a heavyweight fight from the 49ers Sunday.

What this really says is that Obama and the IC and the DNC truly lacked confidence in H's victory. If it were as in-the-bag as most of the media and pollsters pushed and the public thought, there would have been no reason to take any risk in spying on Trump. If Obama and his very top people initiated all this, they have to be given credit for having a good read on how competitive this election was. Or it was a hedge against Hillary imploding due to her health or email problems or the dislike for her or all three. She imploded. I was shocked on election night 2016. A night I will never forget. The worst of it though has come since the election IMO.
