Ruth, retire and Breyer too. Even Thomas should hang it up soon. -

Good to see the running game playing a larger role today. -

He's as relevant as his competitors. Someone has to be the tallest midget. -
Agree on the tight ends. Foster hasn't yet shown much beyond using his speed and Josh isn't hitting deep passes. Duke might add something in the shorter passing game and more positional routes. Coaches apparently haven't seen enough from Duke to put him in there recently.

The film and the subject experts interviewed indicate that a lot of people that have become homeless are so for economic reasons and it discusses the difficulty these people have in breaking that cycle. Yes there are a lot that have addiction and mental health issues but surprisingly many are of sound mind and body. Gets very close and personal with several homeless people. It's a good documentary film, worth the 90 minutes and apolitical.

You can watch for free a recent documentary on Amazon Prime called The United States of Tents. Good film, thought provoking and informative.

Maybe we can agree that the only mistake Trump really made with Ukraine was not limiting Zelensky to a 6 hour window in which to comply with his request. Had Trump done that, aid would have flowed immediately and by now an investigation would have yielded info. Even the left could agree with that, right?

I'd like to see a bigger bodied receiver out there among the rest of the smurfish receivers that the Bills have.

Tough to assess higher income earners with another 6.2% without added benefit. My view is that we need to match revenues for SS, Medicare and Medicaid with expenses and it's way overdue. If the Medicare that old timers know and love can't be funded at the current rate of taxation, then we need to be honest with the population and raise the tax or cut some benefits or both. But raise it the same for all. Same with the other programs.

Well, there aren't any facts in there. The claim at the end of no increase in investments may not be true. Fedex for sure has made big investments in facilities, IT and transportation in recent years. Your point though, that some of these very large businesses that are very profitable enjoy very low taxation is true. Things like section 179 of the tax code and others are double edged swords. They provide companies an incentive to invest in their businesses, but reduce effective taxation. I'm all for companies being taxed at globally competitive rates but maybe there should be an AMT for corporations.

The Deep State War Heats Up

Yes it reads like an effective date. It would be interesting to know if the letter precedes the infamous call and by how much. Also we need a key for the TAF's. -

Very surprised to not see a date at the top of that letter. That's important.
