  1. My guess is that you have at least 50 of the 53 correct. If Lombardi were the coach of this team, I'd give them a shot at winning 8 games. Jauron/Shoenert/Fewell don't know how to win. Lynch. T.O. and Evans look good on paper, but I doubt these coaches can turn that into anything more than mediocre.
  2. Jauron comes up one short of his career best as Bills coach, 6-10.
  3. One flew over the cuckoo's nest
  4. Yes, and no Dick Jauron coached team has ever won a playoff game regardless of the pre-season record.
  5. Sounds to me like the no huddle was not his idea, but that should not surprise anyone.
  6. He has a great excuse. Jauron is his head coach.
  7. He's Jauron's hand picked OC. Hired him without even interviewing another candidate. There was no need to consider anyone else. The best guy was already on the staff. Continuity was key. He and DJ were already on the same page. Between the two of them, they could put together a winning offense. He's the Buffalo version of John Schoop. The similarity is alarming. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Shoop
  8. Dick Jauron should be a professor of accounting at a small private university.
  9. I'd add a 6th, EMOTION. No doubt it plays a role in performance. Can't believe for a minute that Jauron is a positive emotional influence anytime during the week or before a game. I don't see or hear from him or the players a winning display of passion.
  10. No, please don't. 8 wins would be enough to prove the theory right and also enough for Ralph to keep DJ. Less than 5 wins is the best scenario for this franchise going forward. Continuity has run its' course.
  11. True and while none of us know how Trent is being coached, it would not be a huge stretch to think that this very cautious head coach is coaching his QB to be very cautious. Jauron's cautious nature + Trent's cautious nature and inexperience = a timid QB with low self confidence and not much leadership.
  12. I agree. If you're Russ Brandon, what is your highest priority Monday AM? What's the agenda for your meeting with DJ?
  13. No huddle is a really bad offense for teams that can't score.
  14. You'll enjoy the Adirondacks much more than the game.
  15. The early 90's Bills had Jeff Wright, Lodish and Pike. Who needs a DT when you have those guys?
  16. I could sip your kool-aid if I had not seen these Dick Jauron Bills (and Bears) for so many years. There simply is no reason to be optimistic. I look and I don't see it (hope that is). Not even T.O. can save this team (especially the defense).
  17. Please, someone on this board name 1 player on the Bills (drafted or signed as a FA during Jauron's tenure) that has reached a level of play that meets the best expectations for that player. There are few if any. These coaches can develop anything that is above average. I can think of only one, Fred Jackson. Maybe Bryan Scott on defense.
  18. We knew what kind of team we had and would have in the future the day DJ was hired.
  19. It's a real question. Would you want to be a young QB playing for Jauron?
  20. I think you can go back to last year and conclude that much of this needs to happen.
  21. The Bills can avoid critism by simply winning more games. Simple. They should all shut up and go out and do it. Otherwise, I agree completely with the comment above.
  22. Yes, think about it and take a crack at the answer.
