Not only are they ruining QB's, they're ruining players at all positions. Barely any of the recent draft choices have performed well. You can question the choices themselves, but this staff has been unable to develop few if any of the draft choices of the last 4 years into anything but average Joes.

The owners would be very wise IMO to get Rush on-board. He'd show the player's union some backbone which most of the current owners won't do. He strikes me as a guy who would do what's necessary to compete which is what the fans want. I'd also wager that most players and fans would end up loving the guy, because he would probably treat his team and fans very well.

Mathmatically possible? Yes. Be realistic, it ain't gonna happen with this staff or these players. They aren't going 9-2 for the balance of the year. Get a 4th rounder for T.O. and let Steve Johnson play or Hardy when he's healthy. Bills need to look to the future in all facets of the organizaton.

Jauron is the interim coach.

Hire Cowher, Gruden, Fassel, Shanahan or another coach that has won in the past. Find a GM that can build a good personnel department. Move with a sense of urgency.

Grew up in Buffalo and lived there until age 34. Had season tickets from '88 - '94 before we moved to the Chicago area. That was a great stretch. Have followed the Bills very closely through last year when interest began to wane. My 3 kids are growing up Bears fans and I lived through the Jauron era here in Chicago. Watching him at the helm of the Bills has become too painful. Watching the Bears is more rewarding now. Was in Buffalo this weekend and was offered a free ticket to see the Browns. Chose not to go. Did watch the game on TV with my Dad who was rooting for the Browns as the game wore on. Me too.
