  1. Check this out: They were getting on I-95 south ramp on glades. Going to lockup Charles Clay I assume. 2. He is pulling a Orton, retire so you don't get offers. With 1 preseason game to go we pull him off his couch if EJ is sucking.

  4. Take the 2 INT's Orton threw today away, does the Bills win? I don't think so...
  5. Below are the Free Agent RBs the Bills could go after, which should be the successor of Fred Jackson after next year: Frank Gore RB UFA SF TBD 31 9 $6,450,000 Ryan Mathews RB UFA SD TBD 27 4 $3,612,000 Knowshon Moreno RB UFA MIA TBD 27 5 $3,000,000 Mark Ingram RB UFA NO TBD 24 3 $2,359,875 Darren McFadden RB UFA OAK TBD 27 6 $1,670,000 DeMarco Murray RB UFA DAL TBD 26 3 $1,596,625 Roy Helu RB UFA WAS TBD 25 4 $1,548,563 Bilal Powell RB UFA NYJ TBD 26 3 $1,531,125 Jacquizz Rodgers RB UFA ATL TBD 24 3 $1,478,750 Shane Vereen RB UFA NE TBD 25 3 $1,101,275 Cedric Peerman RB UFA CIN TBD 28 5 $1,050,000 Stevan Ridley RB UFA NE TBD 25 3 $939,750 Antone Smith RB UFA ATL TBD 29 4 $762,500 Jordan Todman RB RFA JAC TBD 24 3 $645,000 DuJuan Harris RB UFA GB TBD 26 1 $645,000 Leon Washington RB UFA TEN TBD 32 8 $635,000 Jonathan Dwyer RB UFA ARI TBD 25 4 $635,000 Brandon Bolden RB RFA NE TBD 24 2 $574,584 Chris Polk RB RFA PHI TBD 25 2 $573,334 Travaris Cadet RB RFA NO TBD 25 2 $571,667 Bobby Rainey RB RFA TB TBD 27 3 $570,000 Dan Herron RB RFA IND TBD 25 2 $570,000 Lance Dunbar RB RFA DAL TBD 24 2 $570,000 Justin Forsett RB UFA BAL TBD 29 6 $570,000 Matt Asiata RB RFA MIN TBD 27 3 $570,000 Daniel Thomas RB UFA MIA TBD 27 3 $569,118 Kory Sheets RB RFA OAK TBD 29 3 $525,000 Fozzy Whittaker RB ERFA CAR TBD 25 1 $495,000 Chase Reynolds RB ERFA STL TBD 27 3 $495,000 Ahmad Bradshaw RB UFA IND TBD 28 7 $486,353 Joe McKnight RB UFA KC TBD 26 4 $437,000 Ronnie Brown RB UFA SD TBD 33 9 $402,353
  6. Orton is actually of the most talented Qb's we have had in awhile, he just needs some room to throw the ball so it doesn't get deflected by the Dline.
  7. Just venting here, but I have to say that Orton will be the starting QB next year starting Week 1. As much as everyone is disappointed in the team after today, it was not his fault. Yes, he threw a few picks, but he also threw a few great passes to keep the Bills in the game. With the poor protection and some lackluster play calling, he can only do so much. EJ would have not been able to help much in this area, he would have actually looked worse. So what is the future: My prediction: Bills stick with Orton for Week 16, and plan for him to be a starter next year. Everyone on the board will be upset, but oh well that is going to happen anyway. EJ is going to try to compete and the media will spin it up, but even if he is "beating" out Orton in practice. The preseason will show he still is not ready and Orton will be the man going into Week 1. The team needs to support Orton 100% for atleast 1 more season and give him a full camp. The team actually has alot of promise. My biggest concern is the RB and O-Line situation which I will post another thread about. Another possibility: Only if Buffalo are able to land a veteran QB like Jay Cutler or better, I don't see anyone else having a better chance of winning than Orton at this point. He is in my opinion the best QB option we have had since Bledsoe and Flutie, and drafting a QB with this CFB class is not really an option.
  8. Looks like Miami is talking trash: http://blogs.browardpalmbeach.com/pulp/2014/09/10_reasons_buffalo_bills_fans_are_the_worst_draft.php
  9. My prediction is Kolb starts this entire season unless he is injured or the team really is struggling. EJ will be learning the ropes and improving on himself, TJack or Corp will be cut. I think Corp will more likely be that guy as TJack may be able to assist EJ with the clipboard being a mobile QB Vet himself. On the flip side I can also see TJack going and Corp staying from a management and salary perspective. 1. Kolb 2. EJ 3. TJack All and all, I want to see what Kolb has offer; he is a RD 2 QB (@36) with a 78.9 QB Rating after 19 games. It seems everytime he gets going, he gets smashed in the head and knocked out and let go because of contractual reasons. GIve the guy a chance, he might be the man.
  10. I really was thinking Nassib was going to be the pick. Living in Florida now 10 years, and watching EJ, I can say he is a very talented QB and could be a great QB with some development. With a buffer in the form of Kevin Kolb, I think he could develop into something special. For some reason however I am still high on Kevin Kolb and believe he has much more to prove in the NFL. I think the front office knew the high side of Nassib already and wanted to get their money out of Kolb for a few seasons. Geno wasn't on their radar screen IMO, and Barkley had a question mark due to his injury past. I think Nassib will now get drafted by the Jets within the next 2 rounds because they want intel on Marrone. If they don't I could see Nassib slipping further to the later rounds. Who knows, bills could draft him with a late pick as a backup. Look at RG3 and Cousins. Round 2 predication, I know this is a stretch but Manti Te'o!
  11. EVERYONE STOP THE BASHING!!!! You need to realize that Johnson kept us in that game, he is the only one with a proven formula to beat revis in the nfl. There were NO sure catches in that game, even the one in open field that was dropped due to mental error caused by penalty confusion. The Celebration (which was hilarious) did not cause Baily to beam one of the jets with the ball before half time, that was Baily's inability to kick the ball consistantly (Baily is gone at the end of the year, thank god!). CBS has begun their annual Steve Johnson Bashing day using the highlight real, F*CK Off BOOMER and MARINO you POS losers. Bottom line is this team needs to focus on building up the trenches (OL and DL) before we take it to the next level. Lock in SJ, FJ, Chandler, and build the team around that. Fitz, Spiller and Dareus are already locked in. Everyone needs to be honest with themselves, the Bills out-played the Jets, we just need to show it on the scoreboard.
  12. Newton, Mallett or Locker Please! Take a hard look at all these guys, the combine and the Wonderlic test will separate the class.
  13. Interesting that this is picking up again: "Marshawn Lynch, RB BUF News: NFL Network contributor Michael Lombardi speculated Wednesday that the Bills will eventually trade RB Marshawn Lynch. The Bills remain winless and could cut ties with Lynch for a conditional draft pick before the Oct. 19 trade deadline. The longer Buffalo waits, the more potential suitors they could have as injuries take a toll on running backs each week. Lynch has been hot this season, averaging 4.7 yards per carry on 33 carries (156 yards) with a 7-yard reception. Analysis: Green Bay has been rumored to be a possible landing spot for Lynch, though the Packers aren't the kind of team to throw draft picks around for players (they did acquire Ryan Grant for a late conditional pick several years ago, though). We can't think of a spot where Lynch could land as a starter and be worse than what he's got going on in Buffalo. He's leading the team in carries, but he's also working in a subpar offense. His matchup in Week 4 against the Jets makes him an ugly starting option -- sit him if you can -- but clearly the man could gain value if the Bills find a suitor for him, which makes him worth stashing on rosters. Remember, Buffalo just let go of QB Trent Edwards and got nothing for him. They probably would rather get something for Lynch than let him go, too. We'll keep you posted.
