Isn't this kind of early for season tickets to be delivered already? Do you have club seats or something...

History is important no doubt and believe me I absolutely loved the 90's Bills era but I think the point is that because the Bills have been completely irrelevant after the Super Bowl runs that for the last 25 years Bills fans have beaten the memories to death and it is time to start making some new ones!

Interesting ideas but I must say i think the Super Bowl games(especially since we didn't win any of them) and the Comeback game have bean beaten to death already. Not sure how much of a market there would be for those games to be rehashed yet again. I think most Bills fans are finally ready to move on from 30 years ago.

I actually do kinda remember hearing about that before now, Michaels was an unbelievable talent and performer but like in most industries was not a good person behind the scenes back in his heyday. Seems like he has turned his life around now.

I've never heard that story before, what happened?

What is the general consensus on Michelle Beadle?

She's definitely do-able no question but am I the only person who can't stand her on air personality? She comes across as an idiot to me on the Get Up show Rachel Nichols? YES -
For Harrison Phillips, the NFL Was Always His Why
BillsPride12 replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Your reaching on this one buddy. I also love McCoy and he is one of the most popular Bills players. Horrible Harry has the spirit of a Buffalonian though...no frills, a guy that is gonna work his tail off and has the passion for the game not just here to collect a paycheck and live the NFL lifestyle that some guys only care about. I guess you could slap the blue collar tag on him as well as it would be appropriate although that's not necessarily where I was going with this. Basically his personality will play well with our fanbase. I have no idea why you are so confused by that statement. -

This kid is going to fit in well in this town. Same can be said for all of these guys McBeane have brought in though. An exciting time to be a Bills fan -
Eric Moulds... What happened to him?
BillsPride12 replied to Braedenstearns's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I remember that game. After the game he said that he learned you don't give up until the play is over from Bruce and Thurman and Andre etc. and talked about what it meant to put on a Bills jersey. He played with those guys in his rookie year and for the longest time was the last true link to the glory years and I always associated him with that. There was another time(Miami snow game 2002?) where he talked about how in the Winter time in Buffalo you don't wear sleeves, its about mental toughness and once again credited learning that from Andre, Bruce etc. -

Wouldn't surprise me, Mularkey didn't seem to know about a lot of things going on out on the field -
Is your Dad the reason you’re a Bills fan?
BillsPride12 replied to Another Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It was the opposite for me. Grew up in WNY so obviously the Bills were the big thing in town but my Dad wasn't a diehard fan, more casual, too caught up with work back then to really care etc. I got my fandom from my Uncle and Grandpa. Over time my Dad became much more into the Bills because of my interest in them and nowadays he is a much bigger fan than when I was growing up. -

This! I love football and all and also follow the NBA and NHL, but I actually enjoy this time of the year to be honest. It's refreshing to not always be tied up with following sports. I try to soak in summer as much as I can and I guess I get my sports fix in from playing golf during the summer. But from a watching perspective, I enjoy having this time to watch movies and other tv shows, listen to music, do stuff outdoors etc...I never find myself bored during this time of the year and welcome the break from watching sports.

Major vs. Minor League Experience
BillsPride12 replied to The Real Buffalo Joe's topic in Off the Wall Archives
It's crazy I don't think anybody realized how low the Sabres were going to sink when the Pegula's took over, but I'm optimistic for the future. We might still be pretty bad next year but we do have some young talent to build around in Eichel, Dahlin, Middelstadt for the long haul. -

The Sabres are getting awfully close to creeping into that list -

What does the phrase "The Good Old Days" mean to you?
BillsPride12 replied to BillsPride12's topic in Off the Wall Archives
So lots of good replies and a lot of variety which is what I was looking for. For me I have two defined "Good Old Days" eras...1) Childhood years filled with Super Nintendo, Sega Genesis, backyard football, street hockey, watching Bills games with family, the relaxed atmosphere of elementary school and just hanging out with friends all the time. 2) Later high school through college years- trying to get laid, high school house parties, fake id's, going out drinking 3-5 nights a week, and once again just hanging out with friends all the time. Two eras that I always look back on fondly and wish I could re-live knowing there's no going back now -

That and it was the pre-technology boom. Don't get me wrong technology can be great but there was something special about the simpler times that I miss
