  1. Do you have any examples of this? I don't doubt this but I am just curious as it's an interesting topic. I can vaguely remember hearing some reports of Kane and Eichel hanging out gambling together in Vegas before they played the Knights this season but other than that I really haven't heard of any instances of those two getting into any bad situations together.
  2. That's a very cool one. I remember I used to watch that video a lot every offseason as well when I was a little bit younger and it always brought back such amazing feelings of nostalgia..not just for the football games but for that era in general. I was privileged enough to have an amazing childhood and that whole era always gets me choked up a bit. As for recent times I gotta agree with the day It was announced the Pegula's had officially bought the Bills and there was finally a sigh of relief that they would be staying in Buffalo...all of the phone calls into WGR that afternoon really got me emotional. A distant 2nd to that memory was being in the stands when we finally beat the Patriots in 2011....by the 4th quarter the atmosphere was completely euphoric and I thought to myself so this was what it was like for my Dad and Uncles when they used to go to games back in the 90s
  3. Washington should(should being the key word) be able to get past Vegas without too much trouble. They are clearly the more talented team and it looks like they have finally found out how to play with championship level intensity and passion. Very good series against Tampa, I hope the SCF can be as entertaining of a series
  4. Staying home. Getting together with some family in town Saturday. Grilling some Steaks on Sunday. Golfing on Monday.
  5. Dawkins started using this as a catchphrase of his on Twitter, I think it started after the Indy game but he kept running with it after. Kid seems to have a great, enthusiastic personality!
  6. If the Caps played like they did last night consistently they would be the Penguins of this era
  7. Watching this game thinking about how far away the Sabres are
  8. A time before sports became politically correct I've heard Thurman on record as admitting he was a jerk to the fans back in his playing days(hell all those old Bills players were to be fair)but that he regrets being that way and now I've never heard anybody who has had a bad encounter with him in recent years. People mature as they go through life. Can't hold onto grudges forever.
  9. Its absolutely mind blowing that the Vegas Knights are two wins away from going to the Cup Finals!
  10. I'm going. Been wanting to check this out the last couple years but wasn't able to. I'm not into the comic book scene but my nerd interests in going are for the old school WWF stuff and classic video games/toys. I went to the one they have in Niagara Falls Ontario a few years back and it was pretty cool. A more fun experience than I was anticipating.
  11. Yeah thats where I stole it from haha. But it is fitting...especially when he is 6'5 250 lbs and runs a 4.5
  12. The Super Freak....he's SuperrrFreakyyyy
  13. I was absolutely thrilled when we traded up and made this pick. This is the stud LB I have been dreaming of the Bills getting for years. I remember being so disappointed we couldn't land Patrick Willis and I never bought into Paul Posluszny or Preston Brown etc...this guy is gonna be the real deal and a huge piece to the puzzle when the Bills turn this thing around for real.
  14. After reading all of the replies in this thread....Can I change my answer to All Of Them?
  15. The 90's was an incredible time for weird music videos. I'm looking forward to that being represented well in this thread. I haven't paid any attention to music videos in 15-20 years
  16. The red endzones were cool but people also associate that with great Bills memories. The blue endzones look great and are a much better fit for our new uniforms. As soon as we start to see success again everybody will have warm and fuzzy feelings for the blue endzones too!
  17. Isn't Port Washington where the family from the tv show Step by Step resided? I remember the Dad and Son were huge Packers fans. Super random I know, but I love random 90's nostalgia haha
  18. The 2006 Draft stands out as a point where i knew the Bills had absolutely no clue what they were doing...as if taking Whitner at 8 when Ngata was still on the board was bad enough, then they went and traded up for John McCargo when Nick Mangold was still available.. I remember wanting to cry when that happened.
  19. Yes even taking away any homerism, I truly believe that the 1990 Buffalo Bills were the best team in the NFL that year...the only other time I've felt that way about a Buffalo sports team in my lifetime was the Sabres in 2006
  20. How many times has Beane literally come right out and said it...they are trying to win now and win later. Those are his exact words. Every day they are putting in the work to make this team a legitimate contender. That transformation isn't going to happen overnight and it is going to take some time to do it properly. Why so many still can't seem to grasp what both the short term and long term plans are yet is mind boggling to me.
  21. Not a fan of either team but its always kind of cool to see a team finally get past the team they always struggle against in the playoffs. Reminds me a little bit of MJ finally getting past the Bad Boys Pistons teams in 91. Congrats to the Caps, that was a big win for that franchise!
  22. I'm kinda jealous about the Lauren Hall thing if im being honest...Janet Snyder? Meh
  23. And how do you know this is the case? It's just speculation on my part from what I have heard
