so have many other things that are no longer recognized as such by the same people. a political organization making a political action doesn't change reality no matter how hard they try. if you really want to do something, but know it's not good for you so you stop, that doesn't fit any reasonable definition of disease. the argument that they simply cannot stop is questionable. long and large enough abuse of some substances (alcohol, opiates) can lead to an actual disease whereby if the addict were to just stop cold turkey they have severe health consequences, including potentially death. in (and at least some have been replicated so there is at least a bit of validity to them) studies of intertemporal preferences of drug addicts (meaning straight up threw their life away and are homeless) drug addicts demonstrate rational behavior where they will forgo a portion of narcotics to which they are addicted today for a larger portion tomorrow (and various other time periods). this shows self interested rationality. no one who is lactose intolerant will "tolerate" lactose for some kind of reward, nor will our epileptic hold off on seizures for some kind of pay off.

Like epilepsy? Does that mean epileptics should quit having epilepsy and avoid relapses and they can just not have seizers? No, no one actually thinks that. It's not the same as a disease, is it?

teller is such a jacked yeti, we shoulda known he'd be a monster. -
This fan base, sometime, is very concerning

i get negative all the time, but Giuseppe is right, we are a much better team and at home. we should be confident, this has the makings of a two touchdown beat down. LFG! -
the difference to me, and it's not huge, is that brady has drives stalled w penalties and bad execution and somehow finds a way to overcome late (NE, miami, chargers). dorseys stuff looked bad in games (giants, Jags, denver, TB) and really just didn't correct course it seemed like. now, given brady came in late and is picking up from dorsey, i give him a higher grade (marked on a curve i'd say). one other item to note, we've tended to have the ball in our hands late in games we had leads in. NE, Miami, and a few others. not desperation stuff, but we had a chance to score again if we needed to, and i think we would have more often than not. either way, he's got 2 home playoff games, just like dorsey did last season, so we will see what he can scheme up.

miami figured out our run plays, and saw that we can't handle blitzes well, especially w pressure up the middle. on the other side, they spaced us out and used their literally record nfl team speed to get to the edge and gash us over and over again in run plays. all that said, they had 3 extra possessions and totalled under 300 yards and we were a couple plays away from being over 500. statistically we are savage beasts and horrible monsters to play.

This is maddening
-
Waste of a time out and they shoulda gone for it
-
I'm shocked!! Also, how much of a PTSD bills fan am I that all I can think of is how gassed the d is?!? Loool
-
Can't pick up a blitz. And Miami has our run game down pat We are just a dumb team
-
Same trash bills man. We are just a dumb weak team. It's that simple.
-
Our trash special teams might come to hurt us here. A couple shorter fields and we'd have more points. It's a total team effort today!
-
We are just a stupid team tonight. If they keep this up they will have another shot same way again in Miami, but every drive has bad calls and bad execution
-
If 31 is out that's a huge problem
-
Miami is getting away w holding w the dbs on d and the blockers on o. Frankly, that's smart, even tho we are slow we are a bit of a finesse team and when it gets dirty we don't do great. Let's hope we stop being just a stupid team and smarten up.

our d is in the best form of the season, we seem to have forgotten the forward pass, but the run game has been strong. i expect a decisive victory in a buffalo supporting stadium in miami. if we drop this and are eliminated we have gotten what we deserve and i'm ok with that. since 2020, when we started our run, with like 3 or 4 games left in the season the #2 seed was the best would could accomplish in every year, we can get there sunday night. the guts of games have been often ugly, but at the end we've been controlling the ball w a lead, or suffocating the other team while they make a desperation drive. i like where we are right now.

Bills-Dolphins Week 18 for the Division! SUNDAY NIGHT GAME
colin replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
agree, he's more of the guy to lead you through the dessert type. -
They look great, but playoff Lamar is gonna show up. Reminds me of the Tennessee team that lost in their first playoff game after being the one seed a couple years back (2021?). We just have to keep the win streak going and I think we'll be hosting the AFC chip game
-
We've just played down to the opposition these past two weeks Our passing o has been cheeks for a month now tho, so we can get that straight vs the fish, and ride the momentum in the playoffs at home until we visit Baltimore doe the AFC chip (unless they drop one along the way).

Rapp really delivered some lumber
-
Sheffield and Harty should never be on o
-
New England looks to have figured out our d here. Suuuuucks
-
If they are gonna go under center in a power formation, when you don't sneak Josh you gotta mix it up. Roll out w a pitch/throw/run read for Josh won't get stopped
-
Lol, that sloppy penalty by the pats just saved them like 25 yards!
