After being in Iceland and the British Isles for 2 weeks, I can attest that the NY Yankees franchise is a huge favorite. Yankee hats and tee shirts were THE most worn items. Of course I wore Bills shirts and got some comments on the cruise.

Graduating debt free puts you in the 1%. Same as my daughters. While their friends took fancy vacations in their formative years our family's vacations were primarily visiting other family members. About 5 years after they graduated, they both thanked me and their mom for arranging to have them graduate college with no debt. and yes, I keep up with college friends on a regular basis.

Several of my buddies in WV are Bills fans due to Darryl Talley and his play at WVU. His number at WVU was recently retired.

We lived in Ashtabula for 10 years and the number of bad driving adventures is a large number. Christmas '83 we were planning to go to Lewiston to see mother-in-law. When I woke up the snow was not coming down, it was coming sideways. Needless to say, we did not make it to WNY. Our house looked like the Siberian house in Dr. Zhivago. I shoveled a LOT of snow in those ten years.
