My daughter and I attended this game. The new stadium was being built next door and that was an interesting site. As far as the game went, the Bills dominated. We sat next to some nice Bengal fans who told us about the protest that was to occur late in the game. Supposedly, a large number of fans were to exit the stadium protesting the owner. I thought a better protest would be to not even buy tickets in the first place. The fans did leave, but only because the Bengals were getting crushed. The next day I had my first knee surgery for a meniscus issue. Thats my big memory LOL

Treatment of opposing team fans(your experience)

Mrs. Lew and I attended that KC PreSeason game. The only verbal abuse came from a group of teenage girls "Bills Suck" woohoo My dau and I went to Cincy in 99 and had a good time there. The Cincy fans planned a 3rd qtr. walkout to protest their owner. They ended up walking out due to the score that was highly in favor of the Bills. -

Here in WV, the Krogers stores are almost empty of bread, milk and eggs. Sounds like French toast is on the menu -
I am glad I read this AFTER the colonoscopy I had on Wednesday. NO explosions here. Everything A-OK.

50 years ago today, the final game at The Rockpile

My dad and co-workers shared season tickets for several years and I was lucky to attend several games. One year the tickets were two rows up right behind the visitors bench. Players standing on their benches did not make for good viewing. As others have mentioned a game highlight was security chasing after balls kicked into the stands for extra points of FG. Ralph was cheap and nets were installed. -

Major difference between yesterday and previous four games

Since you were at the game, can you tell us about the crowd? i.e. How were the Bills fans ? Numbers? Don't care one iota about the NE fair weather fans. -

I agree with this. And it is an opinion. -
Yes you did. Auf Wiedersehen Deutschland Japan won both their games after being down at half time

No Argentinian Andy Dalton for Mexico as El Tri head to the airport and a long flight back to Mexico City.

^^^ The show was on CNN and might be replayed

Yes. There was a show on Sunday night about Christmas and Cinema. The vast majority of the people involved conclude that Die Hard is a Christmas movie. Why does John McClain go to LA ? To see his wife and kids for Christmas.

At the end of the US...Wales match, my buddies and I at the bar decided it was worth the early wake up to watch Saudi...Argentina. Luckily it began at 5:00 here on the East coast. The atmosphere and the crowd noise was deafening on the broadcast. Many "can you believe this" texts were flying back and forth. Great win for the Saudis and this group is in turmoil. France musta watched the match as they did not let Australia pull off the upset. I still can not believe the size of the Mexican crowd during their contest. 70% of the crowd ?

I wonder how much beer or other adult beverages will be consumed celebrating the Saudi victory.
