Yup; very happy to see him get back to where he belongs.

I know he's a HOF, but I think the fact Rickey Henderson hung on for an extra five years after his skills were gone took some of the luster off his reputation. He was a terror in his (long) prime, capable of taking over a game. Same with Esa Tikkanen for the Oilers and Rangers. All he did was win Cups.

One additional caveat: the refs can replay it in real time once. If they can't see the egregious error the first time, there is no egregious error.

Oh yeah....he's placing a big bet. If he tanks he'll fall very hard. And if that team implodes, he'll get a lot of fingers pointed at him.

Brady was skittish planting his leg for a whole year after coming back from his knee injury. Hilarious that everyone is throwing JG into the bust bin because of a few shaky weeks of pre-season coming back from that injury.

Zeke is quickly approaching 'not worth the headache' status; no way I'd give him huge, long-term money. Also, given his running style and workload, his production is going to fall off a cliff before he's 30. Run him for two more years and let him go. If he doesn't want to play, let him quit football. I'd sign Cooper and Smith and franchise Dak. It's not like it's going to cost much more given his currently outrageous demands. See if you luck into a QB in the draft the next couple years.

I take 'Things I never thought I'd hear on TSW' for $400, Alex. (but I agree) They won. They didn't have the flash on offense but they were a rock solid team.

Often I spend the first viewing of a QT movie trying to understand WTF is happening and it's not till the 2d or 3d viewing that I really dig it. Inglorious Bastards was in that category for sure, as were the Kill Bill movies. I need to watch the H8 again.
