Bad Things

I've been a big fan of John Murphy for a while now. Apart from this site, his show is really my only source of Bills news. The worst part of his show is definitely the local callers. They seem to just phone in, without actually listening to the show. This results in most callers just repeating themselves over and over. I've said it before, but Murph must have the patience of a saint. I would've blown my top many times with those mouth-breathers.

I didn't know much at all about Josh Allen, prior to the Bills selecting him, but I sure like what I've been seeing of him. He and Tremaine seem like guys really easy to root for. Let's go Buffalo!

I have my Seiko "self winding" divers watch that I've been wearing for the past 12+ years. Great look, solid build.

I've been pleasantly surprised by his post-draft interviews. He seems like a very likeable guy to root for. Now it's up to the coaching staff to start polishing that diamond.

The time zone difference puts the beginning of the first round at noon on Friday. That said, I'm taking the afternoon off from work and will be eating and drinking as I watch coverage on NFL GamePass. It's too bad that WGR does not allows listens outside of the US listen to their live-stream. Does anyone know another "local" source I could listen to? *Edit* - Finally installed a VPN and now listening to WGR.

I just moved out to Colorado (from Rochester) a couple months before the storm. One early morning the phone rang. It was my sister-in-law. The first thing she said was, "I just thought I'd call you to let you know our power is back on." I had no idea anything even happened!

I'm a big fan of the show. It's really the only Bills related show that I can listen to down here. The only real problem I have with the show are the MANY clueless callers that phone in. They just repeat the same thing over and over. Murph has the patience of a saint to deal with them. That said... I'm not sure how I feel about Tasker. He's been kinda annoying the few times I've listened to him making a guest appearance. (It sounds like he's eating all of the time.)

It's gotta be Nate Odomes. I loved him as a Bill, but he didn't do anything (due to injury) after he left here.
