  1. Once an a-hole, always an a-hole. I wish him the best, but things are looking good for ol' Richie.
  2. I would definitely check them out, but the trouble is that they don't tour down here.
  3. Brent had one of the best gravelly, blues voices I've ever heard. When he was "on" and harmonized with Jerry or Bob, it was magic. That said, I wasn't a fan of some of his keyboard work, especially when he provided "fill in" parts. That said, boy do I miss these guys.
  4. "Here's the thing"... I was thinking this exact same thing a couple days ago.
  5. You're comparing this to Aretha Franklin?? Sorry, but I don't think there's any comparison. Not even close.
  6. God Bless you Aretha! The greatest voice of all time.
  7. Been driving for over 33 now and have never been pulled over by a cop. I also know jackpoopoo about modern music. Beyoncé? I wouldn't be able to identify any of her music. Zip, zilch, zero.
  8. instead of punting they should just have Josh Allen go out on 4th down and throw a 78 yd intereception every time — PFTCommenter (@PFTCommenter) August 10, 2018 ? I never actually thought of something like this before. Do any of you know if teams have done something like this in the past? Kinda like a Hail Mary play I suppose.
  9. What's the issue? The "issue" is that you're a troll.
  10. Yeah, KB looked fantastic last night. He pulled in some great catches and made it look easy doing it. You're right... his performance does merit more kudos.
  11. The first one that popped into my mind was the ongoing feud between John Fogerty feud with music executive Saul Zaentz. https://www.theguardian.com/culture/2000/jul/11/artsfeatures3
  12. I haven't been able to watch the game yet. Just wondering how Tremaine Edmunds looked.
  13. Well this thread sure turned to crap quicky.
  14. There's no tipping down here in New Zealand, thank goodness. I'll never forget when we first moved down here, we had a couple pizzas delivered to our house. I paid the guy and gave him a $5 tip. He looked at the money and then up at me with a puzzled look on his face. I said, "It's your tip. Thanks." He handled the fiver right back, smiled and said, "no thanks, have a nice day!" and left! Kiwi's are known to be world travellers, and whenever they come back from visiting the States the two things they always mention is, 1)... having to always wait in lines and 2.) Having to tip.
