Current State of the Patsies

That’s where I’m at. I wanted to end their dynasty with Brady. It won’t feel quite the same with some other qb. -
Breaking news!!! Brady will not return to New England
C.Biscuit97 replied to MAJBobby's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
And it would never happen and it’s dirty to ever say, but honest question. Would we be SB favorites if Brady came here? This team is pretty loaded right now and it would be the best receiving group he’s had in years. -
Bills sign LB Tyler Matakevich on a 2 year deal $9m

Me too. He was a baller in college. I haven’t followed him too closely in the pros but I Like it -
Well this is exciting 1) we definitely overpaid. Didn’t read the whole thread but is there any discussion if this was offered for d hop? Because it seems to be a better offer than the Cards gave the Texans and D Hop is the better player. 2) for as big of a dork he is, Cousins is a better passer than Allen at this point and Diggs wasn’t happy there. I hope we don’t have to force balls (?) to him to keep him happy. 3) they certainly knew this was a huge need and filled it. Hopefully, the weapons excuse for Allen will be done. 4) we have the best small receiving core in the NFL. We still need a big receiver (Claypool or Pittman please). 5) the pressure is on Allen now. They have built a team around him so it’s time for training wheels to come off.

Houston fan's reaction to the Nuk trade...
C.Biscuit97 replied to Inigo Montoya's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
this move just makes zero sense. You have a top 10 qb and you trade away the leagues best receiver for a washed up, expensive rb? It is one of the dumbest trades in the history of the world. -

Honestly, I hate this. As much as annoying as Pats fans are, this does suck to see a legend play for another team. And as a Bills fans, I wanted us to beat the best. It would have felt a million times better to beat the Pats with Brady than without him. He leaves basically owning Buffalo. I wanted to take him out. And I still think he has something left in the tank. I think he should go to TB. -
We haven’t learned our lesson with early extensions??? Also, how often are GMs really “stole” from other teams? Beane has done some nice things. But if Allen doesn’t become a franchise qb, it does at really matter all the other moves he did. Look at Ryan Pace on the Bears. He was beloved 2 years ago, now they want him gone. if the Bills are playing well with a much harder schedule and Allen is performing like a franchise qb, he will get an extension. But I don’t get the rush to do so now.

Folks said Gilmore and Watkins got overpaid and those teams won Super Bowls.

Bills will NOT Tender Isaiah McKenzie - he is now a UFA

Foster isn’t good. He’s had like 4 good games since high school. We have 2 NFL wrs. Can’t imagine he sign anything significant. He’s a fringe NFL player. -
Case Keenum to Browns 3yrs $18M
C.Biscuit97 replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You are severely undervaluing the qb position. We have a playoff defense that could be SB caliber if we get a pass rusher. Allen, with the way he plays, has missed games his rookie year and got knocked out of a close game this year. If we had a quality backup, we could definitely win some games if Allen was out. I have no confidence in Barkley but he has won one start in his entire career! -

Yeah it does seem him but maybe he had a market or it’s the Brown tax. They seem absolutely loaded but I’m sure something bad will happen this year. -

Yeah, it’s funny some fans don’t acknowledge this. Nice guy but he is a borderline NFL qb Are you serious? Dude almost took a team to a SB. Barkley is worse than EJ Manuel. Think about that. We could do so much better. -

PFF-Jerry Hughes best pass rusher last year
C.Biscuit97 replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
So now we like PFF??? I’m so confused. ? -
The Bears’ LB Leonard Floyd might become available.
C.Biscuit97 replied to Tipster19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I haven’t watched him a ton but as others have said, each system is different. Hughes has 5 sacks in 3 years in Indy. Murphy, a big FA signing, had 15 in 3 years. as long as it’s not a character issue, I always like kicking the tires on guys with big time talent of the price is right. You can never have enough pass rushers and this defense is a great pass rusher from being elite. -
Honestly, minus him just being a problem in lockerroom, there’s zero downside.

I never got why a team would give up a 1st pass rusher early. But yeah, I’d totally trade them Kroft for him. -
Front Office Poll of WR Prospect Tiers (ESPN Insider)

It’s funny you mention Belichick because probably the worse thing NE does is draft receivers. They are terrible at it. I do like Harry so we will see. What favors do you speak of? -

It’s just serves no advantage. I wish whoever from the Bills was asked completely made up their board to confuse other teams. Less is more at draft time. -
I was just saying draft “gurus” in general.

Chase Claypool- I know you want to talk about him
C.Biscuit97 replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It would be nice to cry because they actually got a player I wanted for once! (I wanted Oliver last year so that made me really happy!). But I really want Claypool or Pittman. -
There should be Zero criticism of this. Low risk, high reward. I blindly trust them with defensive backs. Eh. I can’t imagine they are making that much where they might turn down a NFL job. It’s a lot easy to Criticize others when you’re not the one who will get fired if you’re wrong.
