  1. He was amazing in that SB. Did anyone ever think Trubisky was going to be great? I hated him coming out of college. I think the hope was he could be good enough to not kill a team. It was a terrible pick and considering they traded up and passed on Mahomes and Watson, it’s one of the worst picks in nfl history.
  2. Pats o line always look worse when they leave NE. It’s a combo having a great oline coach and Brady that makes guys look a lot better than they actually are.
  3. Agreed. He literally is only good for like 10 games a year for Philly.
  4. I wasn’t a big Lock fan but he played much better than I thought he would and he has some swag. They will be a tough out.
  5. So where drop passes holding Tribusky back last year? I definitely agree he made progress but at some point I’d you never ever have been over 60% passing, maybe it’s him. but with Diggs who just played with a 70% passer, I just don’t want anymore excuses. He’s a top 10 pick with a lot of pieces around him and a great defense that keeps him in every game. Sink or swim time.
  6. Bad take. He’s been good in a bunch of movies. I think they are releasing new movies on pay per view.
  7. He’s so overrated to what he is going to get paid. He is a slightly better version of Shaq Lawson and wants double what he got.
  8. Classy dude. Could have easily stuck it to BOB but took the high road. I would have loved to have him here. Diggs is a nice backup prize though.
  9. The dropped pass list was filled with a lot of bad qbs though. http://hosted.stats.com/fb/tmleaders.asp?type=Receiving&range=NFL&rank=232 Not all drops are the same. But can we all agree there are no more excuses for Allen if he doesn’t get over 60%?
  10. Some of you are so sensitive. Cousins, who has reached his ceiling and is a giant dork, is a better and much more accurate passer than Allen. Diggs wasn’t happy with Kirk the Dork. So it’s not unreasonable if Allen struggles to get him the ball, he might not be happy here too. Though he will like hanging out with Allen much better than Kirk the Dork. Under 60% in the nfl is pretty bad. And Lee Evans.
  11. What??? Did Vrabel have a gambling debt he owed to Elway? That makes no sense.
  12. Brissett would be perfect. I can see him going back to NE though.
  13. Yikes Apparently, he had eye surgery too. but the Bills aren’t going to bring anyone who could possible beat Allen in a qb competition. Guys like Winston and Newton could.
  14. They are somehow going to win 10+ games.
  15. Agreed 100%. I can’t believe the Lions are keeping Patricia. Dude sucks, makes me depressed looking at him, and looks like he doesn’t shower.
  16. I wonder if he said the same thing to Tom Brady and his multiple baby mamas. ? I used to think he got a bad rap as a coach because he does get to the playoffs every year. But Houston letting him be their GM just destroyed a team that had a really good foundation. But it’s good for us. Also, they should be the oilers. Texans is a stupid name. McNair embarrasses himself enough on his own though.
  17. I think Claypool is a much rawer prospect, who is becoming better every year. On this team right now with our receivers, he could just be a red zone threat and that would be a much role right now. And he would have great vets to learn route running and other tricks to being a good receiver. I think it would be an amazing pick and give Allen another, much different type of weapon.
  18. True to an extent. But it’s also the window before he might become super extensive where we can sign these guys. If Allen is the guy, in a few years, this roster will look completely different. This is a SB window. which again is why I can’t believe so many fans are just fine with Matt Barkley as a backup. That Whaley team had a SB roster. Just the qb wasn’t good enough.
  19. I would say that would be the ultimate eff you to NE. I’m leaving the Pats to be Josh Allen’s backup qb.
  20. I could say you’re doing the same thing. I think fans have a problem with his outfits (they are dumb) and his celebrations. But I have yet to hear negative reports (or being called a cancer as you put it which is a pretty serious term to call someone) about him as a teammate. When he called out the Panthers for basically forcing him to seek a trade, Greg Olsen was one of the first people to respond and agree with him. I say the role should be get the best possible team. I think we easily have a playoff roster. But you don’t settle for Matt Barkley, who is a nice guy but who is pretty awful. Allen has gotten hurt both years and knocked out of games. The Saints kept Bridgewater and went 5-0. I have a hard time seeing a guy who has one career start keeping us a float. there are plenty of veteran guys (Cam won’t do it here) who could do exactly what Barkley is doing. Obviously the hope is Allen stays healthy and continues to progress. But worst case scenario, this still is a playoff roster. Why settle at such an important position? And I liked Barkley when he came out. His arm just isn’t close to good enough.
  21. Yes. We have the smurfs right now. A Claypool or Pittman would make for a killer offseason
  22. Why does this cancer ? come from? His teammates love him. and there’s no way Newton would ever be a backup to Allen anyways. He’s still a million times better than Barkley.
  23. Yeah, why do you a backup qb? No way a starting qb ever gets hurt. Jameis Winston, the turnover machine, has a career int ratio of 3.5%. Barkley is at 6.1%! Yeah, I can see why we’re good at qb!
