Front Office Poll of WR Prospect Tiers (ESPN Insider)

It’s funny you mention Belichick because probably the worse thing NE does is draft receivers. They are terrible at it. I do like Harry so we will see. What favors do you speak of? -

It’s just serves no advantage. I wish whoever from the Bills was asked completely made up their board to confuse other teams. Less is more at draft time. -
I was just saying draft “gurus” in general.

Chase Claypool- I know you want to talk about him
C.Biscuit97 replied to NewEra's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It would be nice to cry because they actually got a player I wanted for once! (I wanted Oliver last year so that made me really happy!). But I really want Claypool or Pittman. -
There should be Zero criticism of this. Low risk, high reward. I blindly trust them with defensive backs. Eh. I can’t imagine they are making that much where they might turn down a NFL job. It’s a lot easy to Criticize others when you’re not the one who will get fired if you’re wrong.

Front Office Poll of WR Prospect Tiers (ESPN Insider)

It’s cool to see but why would any NFL front office person want this to get out? What purpose would it serve? I bet NE didn’t even respond to the questionnaire. -
It’s amazing how triggered some of you are by this site yet continue to post about it. Who cares? It’s an opinion. If they said the Bills were the best team ever, would you like it? and given his success in college and his rookie year, it’s not crazy to say GM might be a better passer than Allen at this point. But with his running and physical tools, Allen has the far greater “upside.” The question is if he will get there. And it’s nitpicking to say who was the better offense (it seems like we were) but there was little doubt that it was a very inconsistent offense that would go into droughts. A more consistent offense probably meant a few more wins.

That’s fair.

1) some posters completely overrate the “disaster” they inherit. They were had a team that was like .500 over 3 years. They had a qb, rb, and oline that was a top 10 scoring offense. They created a lot of holes to “rebuild.” 2) I’d argue the 2014 team would have murdered the team that ended drought and probably beaten last year’s team. That said, they gave definitely laid a nice foundation. Obviously, the key is Allen and how the y handle the young core as they get second contracts. The schedule on paper looks much harder so this will be an excellent gauge of where the process is at this point. I would give them an A on defensive/ STs building and a C for offense.

I’d only counter by saying that Beasley and Brown were sought after FAs who have had devious success in the league. The KB trade is even worse because they saw him in Carolina when he was fat there. The Zay move is even worse because they traded up instead of staying put and taking JuJu or Kupp. They also traded Sammy and tried to replace him with Jordan “Garbage” Matthews. They also “blew” late round picks on Ray Ray and their friend’s kid. im not freaking out about Phillips. But there are some real questions about their offensive personal evaluation. Blindly trust them on defense, especially in the secondary. Very vary of their offensive scouting, especially at receiver. Given this is their biggest need, it’s a valid concern.

Josh Allen working out with Pittman Jr

1) Allen reached the top 1% of football players 2) I bet I have a lower body fat % 3) I like Pittman a lot and his dad is in better shape than Allen -

I can see Allen looking like Big Ben in a few years. He’s naturally a big dude and Buffalo has great but terrible for you food and he loves Popeyes. That said, Big Ben (when not in a bathroom) is a really good qb. -

New NFL substance policy: no more testing for pot

Maybe the nfl is moving out of the 1950s. Football is the best sport in the world and the nfl is like the worst run league. It’s so stupid. -
Andre Dillard could be available
C.Biscuit97 replied to BillsMafi$'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Or it could be the description of a guy who wasn’t a fit with a scumbag who tried to decapitate his father and threaten to beat up his grandmother. RI is a piece of crap. I bet a guy like Martin would have been fine if he had a leader like Eric Wood. The locker room is filled with all types of personalities. Also, the days of maniacs who lack skill who dive at people’s knees after the whistle o linemen is done. You need agile guys who can operate in space. -

So the Eagles are going to trade a former 1st rounder and a top 20 ish receiver for a 2nd rounder and a guy who has had like 5 good games since high school? They are a bunch of idiots. Honestly, some fans are just embarrassing. Most of these people never played a sport in their life and they live their lives through these guys. Then when things go bad, they harass the players on the team. Pathetic! -
Would you trade for Fournette?
C.Biscuit97 replied to WideRightRevenge's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I thought he was overrated in college. He looks like a 40 year old and has a ton of miles in him. You can do better for much cheaper. -

NE’s offense was hot garbage around Brady. Little steroid boy was hurt and is hardly a number 1. Harry was hurt most of the year. Sanu sucked. Their o line was bad. Their TEs sucked. Their rbs sucked running. It was a really bad group and probably the worst in NE in the Brady era. That’s why they took a chance on crazy AB. SF is a much better situation offensively. Any rb in Shanahan’s system does good. And Kittle, Sanders, and Samuels are so much better than NE’s receivers it’s not even funny.

Well, Kupp isn’t a number 1 receiver and won’t get paid like one. And it’s insane to even compare Evans to Cooper. He hasn’t had one 1,200 yard season or double digit td season while Evans has had 3 and 2 double digit td seasons. Evans also helped the other TB receivers blow up. if Evans was on the market, I’d pay him in a second. But I don’t see Cooper as that type of play. Plenty of talent but he just disappears. Cooper is close to Lee Evans at this point than Mike Evans.

Carr gets you no where. He’s in the Tannehill, Dalton, etc. group. You might have a drop off for a season but you aren’t winning big with those guys. I think Jimmy G is also in the group but it’s a little early to give up on him yet. my hope is after next year, we know for sure what group Allen is in. It’s sucks to be in the Carr group as a fan. It could be worse but you’re just stuck. Shannhan is in the top 3 of designing plays. He takes nobodies at RBs and make them into stars. Imo, Brady would be an upgrade over Jimmy G in SF.
