Disagree. I mean they might suck but those two have played in absolute dumpster fire situations. No young qbs would succeed in those situations. A team like the Steelers should try to steal Darnold after the season.

This happens all the time. I remember in college, I hurt my hip in practice, barely could run, and they gave me a shot so I could play in the game and I couldn’t feel a thing. It’s a really shady business but players know the risk. For Tyrod, if he doesn’t play, he loses his starting job. Players face this every game.

Wasn’t that guy the former Chargers doctor who was accused of some shady stuff himself? and I think there might be no team that has more injuries than the Chargers. It’s always something weird with that team.

Diggs had a little AB last year. But I think he will be on his best behavior and I can see him asking for a new deal after the season. Especially if he keeps at this pace.

Sarcasm is normally funny. For instance, I really liked your post. It was hilarious. I bet you are super cool and seem like someone who I would want to have a beer with. 🤥 Also, this is exactly why Allen should have no loyalty to the Bills. While I wasn’t a big TT fan, I respected him for being decent enough. Yet, we have fans put up threads trashing a player who is a pretty good dude by all accounts. players don’t owe the team or fans anything except playing hard in games.

His wife is a billionaire. I also won’t doubt there isn’t some shady deals under the table. and don’t get me wrong. I hope you are right. But if I was Allen’s agent or family, I think he would be a fool to settle for less money if he proves to be a franchise type qb.

I would bet Tre has some regrets about that contract. Both Tre and Josh seem like great dudes. But why would accept significantly less money than you are able to get? the nfl is a dirty business with non guaranteed. The second both slip, fans will turn on them. Look at Saquon. Blows out his knee before his first big payday. Given his position, he might be severely challenged in getting a big deal now. Football players should get every penny they can, especially when they have leverage. There is no loyalty from teams, so why should players have it?

Being a team first guy in the nfl is really stupid. Like really stupid. Like if his play falls off or he gets hurt, what does being a team first guy get you? It’s a business, not high school sports. I mean obviously if he continues at close to this level, he will get paid a ton. But it’s a long season and as others have said, these qb deals severely hurt your roster building. So play out the season and go from there.

I think bashing the MVP of the league is kinda strange. If Allen was the MVP last year, I won’t find ways to discount his accomplishments. personally, I like every qbs being good. It’s better for the league. I hate seeing scrubs like Jeff Driskel play. I miss the days of every week it was a matchup against a really good qb.

I would put Miami second last. I would have the Jags but I think they have seen sneaky talent and GM is a baller. Splitting hairs. I also think the Steelers are going to be awesome as Ben gets more reps. It might be the best defense he has ever had and they are loaded at receiver.

Great thing is we get to play the Rams! i mean I think most people would think the Rams has the tougher schedule but who cares? Bills get to prove who the better team is Sunday. That’s what is great about sports.

Huh? The Jets are the worst team in the nfl. They have a decent d line and is trash everywhere else. They start Chris Hogan and Frank Gore. some of you are weird. I think every is thrilled with Allen and how the team is playing. Yet some of you seem angry. I think a lot of us are excited to see this team against a real opponent to truly measure how good they are. But they are doing what they should do to bad opponents. You should crush them. And they have, especially offensively. I mean Brady has 6 SBs so he has a bit of resume. And no one cares about Baker. Dude took far more hate than Allen did last year.

They will play hard in every game but they aren’t very talented right now. Their defense has major holes, they don’t a running game, their oline isn’t very good, etc. they should be good in a few years though. the jets on the other hand are just terrible and are a mess. Should be 2 more easy wins. It’s good for us but what they are doing to Darnold is pretty terrible. I hope a real team gets him. It’s like an annual tradition of getting super pumped up for a few weeks and having the Pats game be our SB and getting brought back to earth. difference should be is this team is legit talented. I’m excited to see how it matches up against some really good teams coming up. I get this point but the Pats have a really good record against anyone. But it definitely helps they get home field advantage easier than say the Ravens or Steelers.

I’m not sensitive about the national media. We have played maybe the 2 worst teams in the nfl. Allen played great. Let’s just be happy and hope he continues it against some of the good teams we have coming. if he plays close to this level next week, they will give him respect.

Honestly, who cares? Some of you are so sensitive about everything. The funniest thing is Allen probably doesn’t care in the slightest. if Allen does this against the Rams, Seahawks, etc. he will get all the respect.

They should bemoaning their dork of a qb who they pay $40 million to for not being about to elevate his wrs. Dude is such a fraud. and it was a win win. Diggs wasn’t happy there and they got great value for him. Obviously, it’s huge for us. I guess it depends how good Jefferson will be. but crying about stuff two games into a season is just dumb.
