Wait a second. When Allen is playing lights out, people think he is a better player than when he was a 58% passer? No way! allen and the offense was the weak point of the team last year. This year, he’s the strength. I don’t know why some of you are so sensitive about this. He is playing great, way better than he has ever shown on Any level of football. Salute him but some of you act like it was some nation wide conspiracy to trash him. its 3 games but Allen has improved more than any qb I can ever remember. Its absolutely freaky and he deserves all the credit in the world. He was definitely a strength in Dallas but for Pittsburgh, he wasn’t that good and Duck/ our defense is the reason we won that game. this year is so much different than anything he has shown in the past. He was part of the ride in the past and now he is the driver.

What a petty thread. Why does this board have a hard on for putting down a 23 year old MVP? I know this is crazy but you can be thrilled with Allen and not have to put another player down. A few things. 1 - Jackson was awful Monday. It seems if you get the lead on the Ravens, it’s a struggle for them to come back. He needs to prove he can do that. 2 - his receivers suck besides Brown 3 - if Josh Allen wins the MVP this year and then in game 3 loses to the SB champs with a generational qb, if someone started a thread called the Josh Allen era is over, we’d think they were a loser right? What is the point of this? without a doubt, Allen has been the better qb. So why not be happy that through 3 games, our guy is outperforming last years MVP rather than knock Jackson down? Seems petty and bad mojo.

Dude has been amazing. I wanted to see him be the reason we won games and with his arm and he has exceeded my expectations. Salute to him and I hope this is just the start.

I’ve wanted a monster TE forever. Such a weapon for any qb, especially a young one. I don’t trust Knox ever getting there but if he does, 2 TEs sets can do so much damage.

As a Bills fan, I shouldn’t care but it’s criminal what they are doing to Darnold. My man has 73 year old Frank Gore as his rb, Kirby’s boy and cigarette smoking Chris Hogan and some little wanna be Edelman as his starting wrs and a complete weirdo as a head coach. I hope he gets out of NJ and goes to a real franchise.

And on paper, Allen’s college resume kinda sucked. 99% of guys with that resume suck in the nfl so if Allen does succeed, he is the extreme exception rather than the norm. but in football, I really never understood publicly blasting player. I think it was kinda of a gimmick for Ramsey to be a “villain” but he got paid, is in LA, and has probably chilled out. Plus, Allen has killed it through 2 weeks. You’re better off going the Belichick way and saying how dangerous Josh Reed and Chris Kelsey are. I’d rather see the passing because last time, it wasn’t a great passing game. Ramsey is very good but he is a bearable. I’m assuming he will have Diggs though and it might just be easier to pick on the other cbs.

Kaepernick is a perfect madden qb. Even with the low rating, Allen would also be money to play with. Just roll right and throw bombs if the defenders come up. and when will we get respect from madden?!?!? I haven’t played in a while but is he really bad? I know sometimes guys have low ratings but great abilities and can improve quickly.

Yup. The league and its rules hide bad qbs more. For the first 100 years of the nfl, there was one 5,000 yard passing season. Dak Prescott missed it by less than 100 yards. there are some good qbs but it has never been easier to pass. It’s the PED era with Brady Anderson hitting 50 home runs. It makes what good rbs do even more impressive. I do wonder if they will ever be a shift because teams just play nickel and dime now. Lots of opportunities for big plays in the run game.

He sucks. The end. but you are right. I was never a fan of the signing but it would be a great time to earn his money. Also, I’m not sure if he will ever be fully healthy. Foot injuries are a killer for skill players. Luckily, we have 3 very good receivers but man a good TE could eat on this offense.

The 2018 Jags team went 5-11. The cowboys, while a prime time game, were one of the biggest frauds teams in a long time and went 8-8. The Steelers had the worst qb play in the nfl at the time we played them. So the easy answer is the Vikings. honestly in a lot of sports, if you simply beat bad teams, you can have a lot of results. So far, this team really hasn’t beaten good teams. Last year, we didn’t need to. That’s why I love this schedule this year. I don’t think the Rams are a great team but it would be a really nice win. Same with a bunch of opponents coming up. I wanna see where this team stacks up for real.

The Jets gave up 31 to a 49ers team that lost their qb, rb, was already playing without their star TE, and starting 2 wrs. I think the only reason the Jets aren’t even lower is because the Bulls took their foot of the gas and 49ers are really banged up. They are really bad.

Good points. The schedule was way harder at the beginning of the year. I hate injuries but it looks like we caught some major breaks. Hopefully we stay healthy.

Maybe this is finally a game where they free Singletary. That said, it’s a rookie rb who really hasn’t done that much and a talented TE who hanging on to the ball. Not ideal but it’s not like it’s Barkley or Kittle. The LBs will be huge because the Rams definitely watch Gielski eat us alive last week.

Well said. Dude is an all time great if he has a great arm. It looks so painful when he throws the ball but he normally gets it done. It also goes to show how that all the physical skills in the world don’t matter if you can think the game. He has had a career better than 85% of QBs. All as a 7th rounder. one of my favorite players ever. Such a gamer. Unfortunately, in a big spot, he always comes up short. I’d love to see him make the playoffs once. I would trade a pick for him if Miami would do it.
