Sunday made me furious. You get Brady to play his worst game, maybe ever, on our home field, to go 4-0... and still lay an egg on offense.

If I'm the Bills i allow Josh to get his head clear, sit this one out and watch Matt Barkley run the offense for a week. I think Matt has enough ability to manage the game and get it done. Tennessee's defense is tricky. They aren't New England but they disguise a lot on nearly every play. Let's see Josh come back in 2 weeks vs. Miami and really get it going.

I listened to the on-demand audio of Jeremy sharing the news. That was extremely tough to listen to. I can't imagine experiencing it. My wife went in to pre-term labor with our twins. About 8 weeks early. They were really small but made it ok and are healthy teens now. Just can't imagine.. very sad.

I think Josh would’ve found a way to win that game yesterday. He plays best late when the game is on the line. We needed his ability to get away from pressure on those last couple drives. Now that being said, Barkley may be a great play for this Sunday vs Tennessee. They won’t need 40 points to win. The Bills need a game manager for this one. With a few days of practice and 1st string reps, Barkley should be good to go. I suspect we will see a nice short/intermediate passing game with Matt. And if Singletary is back that only helps. I feel like the D is due for a big pick six or fumble return. I’m fine with Barkley getting the Titans game.

As shown by the Football Night in America crew last night, Tennessee found their secret sauce for offense yesterday. Mariotta can’t sit in the pocket and read a defense without getting sacked so they just did quick timing passes and short dump offs yesterday. It was very successful. I’m sure the Bills will see a heavy dose of this on Sunday and should be prepared.
