  1. We truly need OBJ. I'd have him and Davis on the outside and Diggs in the slot. Diggs would brutalize defenses from the inside- out.
  2. After the horrendous Josh Allen fumbled snap that led to the Vikings win, all things Billsy seem to decorate this holiday season. But it's Thanksgiving first, so I'm going to be thankful we are 7-3 and not enduring another 3-7 season that haunted us for years. We have a solid team, we just need to get healthy on both sides of the ball and pray Josh can get over the elbow injury and return to form.
  3. We can win or lose any one of these games. The way we played our last three games, we will be lucky to go 11-6, maybe even 10-7. This is a beat-up team that is finding Billsy ways to lose all over again. And the coaching decisions have been putrid. My guess is that Josh has had a bad elbow long before the Jets debacle. If he doesn't have his arm, we don't have enough horses up front to establish a run game and Dorsey is calling crap plays. This team has been imploding before our very eyes and it's painful to watch. How do you not take a snap and fall forward for the win. That was so pitiful, it still turns my stomach. I'm hoping they turn it around.
  4. Well they can't say we are scared or conservative, however I really thought taking 3 would have been the right move. Go up 13 and make them drive the long field twice. I counter punch or another FG and it's over. This game was beyond frustrating and the probability we lose had to be less than 5% when it was 27-10. Yet we found a way to f'k it up again.
  5. The harsh truth is that there is no way we should be Super Bowl favorites. This team has obvious deficiencies that are being exploited 3 weeks in a row. Luckily the schedule gets softer and perhaps we can get healthy, but the standing say we are the 6th seed and 3rd in the AFC East. Time to wake this team up and make some adjustments.
  6. Dont forget Wilson in Miami. He runs for 117 today and the tandem with Mostert is creating a lot of mismatches for defenses that Tua is taking advantage of. Us, well..... I'm too pissed off to wasted keyboard strokes on it.
  7. I'm caught up with how pissed I am now. Jets, now this shitshow ending.
  8. I hope so, but it definitely was not a bang on the funny bone, It was like a bad arm wrestling match when the opponent has all the leverage. Josh's arm was moving forward and the defender snapped it back. With that kind of force, Josh had no leverage or foundation to push back and it snapped his elbow back at a very awkward angle. I pray to God he is ok, but that looked painful.
  9. To division opponents that we should have beat. The last few weeks this team has been off and showing signs of being figured out. It's not panic time, it's adjustment time. Injuries have been a problem, but every team is dealing with that. The league is morphing back into run and stop the run and as it gets colder, the Bills are going to have to figure out how to deal with that since it is our weak spot. There's lots of good teams in the AFC and getting home field advantage is not a given, the division is not a given. We've got to earn it and that starts again this week.
  10. I completely agree with everything you said. This was a tough game to swallow and 0-2 in our division is not the way I saw this playing out. Being down 5 starters on D was a bit to overcome, but we could have made some adjustments to get more pressure on Wilson and make him uncomfortable. Our run game outside Josh is really lacking and I can see why Beaner wanted to go after a true #1 RB. We got beat up in the trenches and the Jets are a different team under Saleh. My friend who is die hard Jets told me Saleh uses a lot of military discipline with the Jets and has the philosophy to drag teams out into the deep waters and see how they can swim. Well, we drown yesterday and we better be ready for every team in this division. It's going to be a dog fight and not the cake-walk we thought. It's time to get back to doing the dirty work in practice and figuring out how to shore up the holes in the ship that are being repeatedly bombed.
  11. For only the second time in 5 decades of Bills fandom do I have 100% confident in our front office, coaching staff and ownership, the trifecta of stability. Josh has given us a championship window with his elite talents, but I also trust this FO to continue to find and develop these type of players and attract the right talent in free agency to sustain this window. I also feel the culture that was built here, the work ethic and the foundation for success has been firmly established and it won't leave here as long as the trifecta holds together.
  12. Remember Taylor was the workhorse but even with that Hynes was getting 4-6 REC a game and scoring. I had him on my fantasy as a late season pickup in 2020 and he delivered as my flex every week. He might surprise some people.
  13. We might. Stanley Cup and a Super Bowl in the same season. Id take that parlay in 2023. Who knows, Sabres are starting to gel. And on the Hynes pickup, he's good. He can do now what Cook will be doing next year. Marlowe was a smart move as one of our posters predicted and I almost forgot about Rhodes coming back. As long as we stay healthy for the stretch, we've got the horses to make a serious run at a Championship.
  14. Hunt would be nice. I'm surprised we haven't given Duke a shot. He did a great job with the Browns and Houston. 74 rec in 2017. Roll those Brownies over here and see how they taste in a Bills uniform.
  15. I wanted him in a Bills uni. That kid is a difference maker. I feel bad for him and the Jets fans.
  16. I feast off boards like this and all Buffalo sports news. I've been addicted to the Bills and Sabres since birth, even though I left WNY after high school. My parents still lived in Buffalo until 2017 and now we all live in Tampa. I am forever a Bills Junkie.
