I think “not awful” is a very fair description of his play thus far this season. Very uneven, inaccurate at times, weak arm, certainly athletic. I am with you - can’t understand the media love around this guy.
I seriously doubt the Bills want to open a hole where there does not need to be one. If judgement is that Brown’s injuries are behind him and will not affect him going forward, then he will be here. Davis cannot provide the speed that Brown does.
Very good news as far as I am concerned. It has not been perfect, but Beane has done a masterful job of rebuilding this organization, top to bottom. Thrilled that he and Coach McD have this team in their hands for 5 more years.
I have no idea who Nick Wright is but he is a nitwit. Smith has an anti-Josh agenda for some reason, which I suspect traces back to the draft day revelations about Allen’s teenage dumb. He would be hardly the only one. I never understood the love for Cowherd. All in all, it makes you wonder why you did not go into that field. How hard would it be to be at the top when idiots like this are drawing paychecks?
I think it is largely two factors:
1. He now has confidence in the offense in critical situations due to Allen’s growth and the WR talent infusion.
2. He is growing in the job.
Very encouraging all around.
The AZ loss did lower that margin of error, but I do not think it will matter. The Bills actually have a very solid chance of winning out. This week, SF is not in their class. I really do not expect this game to be all that close.
Is there anyone, anywhere at this point who remains unconvinced that Adam Gase is the worst coach in the NFL, by a mile in virtually any measure you could think of? The NFL should ban him for the good of the game.
