Anonymous Dolphins players: not sold on Tua
FLFan replied to PromoTheRobot's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He throws one heck of a five yard lob pass. -
I got fired because I didn't want to work when the bills were playing

Wow. As a public service this guy should publish his name so no one ever hires him again. -
Roberts inactive this week is my prediction...
FLFan replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Roberts actually has 3 fumbles this year, 2 lost on 63 total attempts. He has 1 fumble last year, and 2 the year before all on similar attempt numbers. MacKenzie has not fumbled because they do not let him return kicks. In 2017 he fumbled 6 times in 21 punt return attempts for Denver. His first year in Buffalo, he has a similar ratio until they turned the punt return duties over to Hyde. Perhaps he is better now, but there is no way in hell McDermott is letting him return kicks if Roberts is healthy, in a playoff game no less. Ridiculous. -
Which class of 2018 QB gets the highest extension
FLFan replied to Sharky7337's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Probably between Josh and Baker, depending on which signs first. I think the jury is still out on Mayfield, but the Browns will pay, because they will have to. Baltimore is an interesting case. They are not going to want to break the bank on Jackson. This could get ugly. The problem he has though is his skills are not highly transferable to another team. They would have to build, including offensive systems and coaching, around him. Josh should top the money list here, obviously. -

Roberts is very reliable. He made a mistake on Saturday but will not do so again. He does not drop the ball, which is objective 1 and something MacKenzie has had trouble with on occasion. He is a weapon in the return game and there is no way he is sitting if he is healthy. -
Apparently he does not remember Michael Vick. So far I have seen Jackson do nothing that I did not see Vick do, including the erratic passing and inability to read the field from the pocket. As far as that goes, I have seen Tyrod do most of this as well, though Jackson is clearly the superior athlete. Best running back in football.

Replace 12th man from Ring and add #BillsMafia
FLFan replied to CorkScrewHill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
It was. Seattle was awful and no one cared about them at that time. -
The colts fumble that was not called

Well, they made the stop at the end of the game, and at the end of the first half. -
Darius Leonard holds a grudge against the Bills
FLFan replied to Jpsredemption's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am not sure I understand his problem with The Bills. Every team in the NFL passed on him at least once, including his current team. Perhaps he just is not very bright. -

They are not anything alike. Allen is a real QB. -
They are going to kill the Colts.

Very satisfying game. I am very happy that McD decided not to pack it in for this game. Rolling into the playoffs!

NFLPA Pres seeks to permanently end OTAs and minicamps
FLFan replied to StHustle's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Since they just negotiated a new contract, it is not clear to me how he expects this to happen. What is he planning to put on the table in terms of concessions? It seemed to me that the lack of the usual off season camps and workouts had several negative impacts, including: - lack of proper conditioning leading to higher incidents of soft tissues injuries early in the year. - inability of teams to adequately evaluate and train rookies and new players and incorporate them. - for teams with less continuity than the Bills, a major disadvantage in terms of establishing culture, learning new systems, etc. -
Marrone and Bill O’Brien are going to start a consulting company to advise organizations on how to achieve mediocrity. He got us to 9/7 because the Pats decided not to contest the season finale so let’s not give him too much credit for his crowning achievement as Bills coach. He does not belong in the NFL.

Jets tell Gase he will be fired after next week's game
FLFan replied to Big Turk's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yes, they treated him like a man and he paid them back by quitting like a spoiled school girl. -
There will be no problem controlling tailgating. The stadium lots will surely be heavily patrolled. I believe the off site private lots require permits from Orchard Park which they will surely not get. This will also be relatively easy to police. Some will find ways to subvert the rules I am sure, but largely, tailgating will not be a thing.
