  1. Exactly. There should be a picture of him in the dictionary for the word overrated.
  2. KC kicking the can. Makes sense. Win now, worry about later at some future time. It will catch up eventually.
  3. I was not very impressed with Feliciano last year. He was a big part of the under performing run game and was an absolute turnstile in the championship game.
  4. I think your estimate of market value is suspect. Both were projected to fetch more in free agency. In general I think prices may be depressed this year, but I still expect when it all said and done both of these deals will look like bargains. It is much too early to tell given that FA has not even started yet.
  5. You have presented no facts that support your opinion. You posted a video of Milano missing a tackle, as if every player in any NFL history has not missed tackles. What exactly was that supposed to prove? I have watched him for four years. The guy makes plays, much more often than not. Your stats above indicate the Bills defense was vulnerable to tight ends. What a revelation, as if we all did not know that already. You suppose that is due to Milano? How so? The Bills play a base zone coverage scheme. What percentage of this plays was Milano specifically targeted, or even in the field? Do you somehow suppose he was the culprit in all those completions? This is, to put it politely, a ridiculous use of statistics, showing no understanding of the game behind them. Finally, your rant in multiple posts seemed to indicate that by “over paying” Milano the Bills would have to forego signing Williams who you deemed more important. Guess what- not true. the Bills are a better team when Milano in playing and virtually everyone understands that, except you apparently. Yes, you are clueless.
  6. Very pleasantly surprised. I was sure he was a goner, but instead he took a very team friendly deal to stay. Good for him, and great for the Bills. They are clearly a better team on defense when he is in the lineup. One less hole to fill.
  7. With Wallace and Boettger, he is assuming the Bills do not tender them due to cost but will be able to bring them back as UFAs cheaper. I do not buy this, for either player. He also states that while the Bills may want someone better than Barkley, this is not the year to pay that position. Overall, I would be disappointed if this analysis were even close.
  8. No, the issue is he is too expensive to keep.
  9. The worst case scenario is my fear as well. Let’s hope for the best.
  10. Although it opens a hole, this may be the best possible outcome for the Bills at this point. The Bills missed his presence in the middle last year, but I have a hard time believing that Star will be effective after a year on the couch, at his age as well. He may well weigh 400 pounds by now. Hopefully this gets resolved early enough for the team to properly react and figure how to fill the hole. Phillips proved to be not capable of filling this role last year, and combined with the late opt out left them totally under manned for 1T.
  11. What a POS. I hope he gets gang raped and beaten bloody in prison.
  12. It was always going to be about the money. That’s fine, I get it, but stop pretending you are concerned about anything else. I could not care less if he end up in the hall of fame someday. He may. All that matters is how he plays in the next year or two that you are committed to him. By that measure , at that price, given his production the last two years and his age, he is a risk.
  13. Personally, I loved the fact that although the much overrated Saleh was seemingly on everyone’s list, Daboll absolutely owned him in their meeting this year. The defensive plan in that game was a joke.
  14. If Beane drafted a RB in that spot, with multiple holes on OL, DL, and a glaring need in the secondary, they should rescind his Exec of the Year award. That would be beyond dumb. Unless of course those holes were filled before the draft, which seems highly unlikely given the cap situation.
  15. I clicked on this thread to post the very same thing. Thanks for saving me from reading the rest of the thread.
  16. I don’t care what happens as long as Brady loses.
  17. Agree. They can upgrade that spot. The biggest problem here is Milano. No replacing him near term and they likely cannot afford to retain him. Next problem - OL. Looking at that list, we could be absolutely screwed. Next season largely depends on how they build thE OL given this list of FA.
  18. Without even reading anything he said I will say this: Doug Whaley should STFU. Even if any of his criticism had validity at this point, I could not care less what he thinks about anything. This guy was nothing but an incompetent fool in his Bills tenure, and I cannot imagine why any Bills fan would care in the least what he has to say.
  19. I can’t blame you for your enthusiasm, or for not having paid full attention to Josh Allen this year, but there is nothing you have said that could not also be applied to Allen. Should be a great game. By all means come back for your humble pie.
  20. I thought that is what they promised McDaniels for backing out of the Indy job.
  21. That’s what I said about Josh McDaniels but he still gets interviews. Gase should not hav3 had another chance after Miami either. Lots of bad management out there.
  22. First, it would be a mistake to base your analysis of this game based on what happened in week 6. Different team now, and that was a different game. Second, i doubt KC has faced any team with the depth of the Bills WR group. They are 4 deep with guys who can beat you for big plays and play possession as well if you want. That does not even account for MacKenzie who can beat you as a WR or runner. The running backs and tight ends are not high end but can and do make catches. Their strength though is WR as you point out. I like this matchup just fine.
