Jets begin Coaching Search in the most Hysterical Way Possible
FLFan replied to BuffaloBillyG's topic in The Stadium Wall
Two things are certain with this Jets offseason: 1. They will make the worst possible choices in GM and Coach and QB. 2. The national and local media will trumpet them as Super Bowl favorites, all problems fixed. My personal favorite choice is Rex Ryan but there are plenty of other bad alternatives to choose from. -
12/29/24 GAMEDAY Week 17 Bills vs Jets Game day Thread
FLFan replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
No. He got a different boo-boo last week. -
Next week, yes. This week, no. They need to win. I think generally people are expecting too much of Hyde. He was clearly declining last year and he has literally been on the couch until a few weeks ago. He is cheap insurance and locker room leadership. What they need is Rapp up to speed, and yes, Hamlin also.

The Bills led the NFl in this category in 2021 and wee 6th in 2022. The dropped off in 2023 to 19th and are 29h this year. I think the biggest issue the past two years has been the decline of safety play, combined with the injury issues at LB. I believe you did predict the safety issue.😂

He is also not the coach I would trust to develop a young QB and implement a modern offense. Good culture guy which NE needs, but a very limited head coach. -
Bills Pats Flexed to 4:30 Kickoff [December 22nd NOT Jan 5th ]

Well here in SW Florida, CBS labors under the delusion that people would rather watch the Dolphins. Probably not true, but none the less I am stuck with that game. Will have to be creative. -

Allen is certainly getting lots of well deserved love right now. I will reserve judgement on the level of respect once I see the results of the MVP. Lamar continues to get effusive praise and if he wins out, all bets are off IMO. -
Mahomes has no more of a high ankle sprain than I do. If he did he would not be practicing much less playing. He has an ouchy and he maximized for effect his minimal pain because he loves the attention. I have worse injuries playing a round of golf. He is a *****.
-
Mahomes was not getting enough attention which has all been going to Allen and Jackson. Now he is getting some attention. It’s what he craves. There is literally nothing wrong with him. You are free to leave any time.

I have been very pleasantly surprised by Hollins. He has made some big plays on offense and special teams and is clearly a leader on the team. I think he is easily the best player the Bills have had in this role during the McBean era, and they have tried a few.

Last two games prove Allen deserved a dome

The real mystery to me is why anyone thinks this is actually a relevant conversation at this point. -
12/15/24 Week 15 Bills @ Lions Game Post Game Thread

I have never seen such a bunch of whiney ***** in my life. There are clearly a great many supposed Bills fans that do not deserve to have such a great team to follow and be fans of. It is pathetic. Great win by the Bills. Extremely well played and well coached and they prevailed when virtually no one gave them a chance.- 697 replies

12/15/24 Week 15 Bills @ Lions Game day Thread
FLFan replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is a game that practically no one expects the Bills to win. The Bills D was embarrassed last week and I expect they will be very intense and focused in this game. The Bills have the better QB who will be the best player on the field today from either team. With the massive overreaction to the Bills tough loss this past week the bandwagon is now much lighter. I think the Bills pull this one out in a very close game and shut up the doubters again at least for one week. -
My bad. Peace.
-
Probably true, but potentially disastrous.

12/8/24 Game 14 GAMEDAY! Bills vs Rams 2nd half game Thread

It is disappointing that the Bills apparently have no alternative tactics to deploy here. I mean, change something up for ***** sake, -
It's looking like both Kincaid and Coleman will be out again today...

You are not being “realistic”. You are being simplistic. Your analytical abilities leave a great deal to be desired. -
About the only people that think the Rams have a reasonable chance are some Bills fans. The Rams are really not a very good team.
-
Yes they do, and you have none on your side. You can deny being a troll all you want but no one believes you at this point. Go back to whatever bridge you crawled out from under.
-
He was going to get fired at the end of the season anyway. This does not matter much either way, but it is well deserved.
-
Good one, but you really should probably quit giving this troll air. Maybe he will go back to the pond scum over at Chief Heaven or whatever they call it.
-
Highly unlikely they would be battling for a playoff spot. They tried building around Saquon instead of taking a top QB prospect, and that did not work nor was it ever going to work. Simply trying a different mediocre QB on that team would have failed as well. Daquan is working on the Eagles because they have a top QB and one of the best WRs in the game. He is complementary. Building around a running back has been a failed strategy everywhere. Henry was failing in TN last year. McCaffrey could not carry a poor Carolina team, etc.
-
I would be perfectly happy if Lamar won another MVP and flamed out in the playoffs as usual, so long as the Bills do not.

Terrance Gray a candidate for Jets GM job?
FLFan replied to vtnatefootball11's topic in The Stadium Wall
Why would I keep my fingers crossed for a key piece of the Bills front office to go to their division rival for two 3rd round picks? I am sure he will eventually leave but it will not be a cause for celebration, especially if he goes to the Jets.
