No respect from these youngins. -
Hollins is an absolute lock. They love him, and he is going to play a lot.
-
You have to remember also that both these guys have been on the couch all year. No matter their workout regimen, they were not going to be in football shape. McD said he hoped they would be able to fully participate by next week physically and mentally, so their place on the depth chart and lack of reps is not surprising.

I find this to be a great service and well worth the $100 much less $60. If you have the ability to stream in your TV, through Roku or Fire Stick or some other streaming enabler, you can load the NFL app and stream this content directly in your TV.

I guess, if you discount the $400 million renovation in 2010 and the fact that the team wants a new modern stadium.

Facial recognition software FOR SOME EMPLOYEES at stadiums this year.
FLFan replied to Gregg's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is not actually true. The program is for access to high security areas of stadiums for employees and others with access to those areas, not for fans attending the game. https://www.asisonline.org/security-management-magazine/latest-news/today-in-security/2024/august/nfl-stadiums-to-use-facial-recognition/ -
There is actually no substitute for bringing your starters into the regular season unhurt. So, no.
-
Beane said it would likely be next week before either new guy is up to speed enough to get on the field.

Williams’ problem last year was over aggressiveness. He Is fast and wants to fly to the ball but put himself out of position too often and made mistakes in aggression thus they did not trust him. I am sure they are trying to coach this aspect with him and have said as much. It is no doubt difficult to balance this, but I agree they will likely succeed in helping him get it. They will likely need him at some point so I certainly hope so.

Yes, but could have been worse.

Xavier Worthy injured during 1st practice as a Chief
FLFan replied to transplantbillsfan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Worthy to me is a third round WR talent who vaulted to the first round because of a spectacular 40 time. That has rarely worked out. He will likely make some plays, but I certainly do not see him as a highly utilized or particularly productive WR in the long run. Gadget guy with terrible size. -
You could well be right. I hope so. I just fear. The news on Bishop might be bad.
-
I am not at all concerned at this point. It is very early and they will need lots of reps to get on the same page. Even a veteran center would need significant adjustment time with a new QB typically.
-
Yes, I think this latest signing is not a good sign for Bishop. I hope we are worried for nothing.
-
Yes, yes, and yes. Not time to clutch the pearls just yet.

Do we expect the Bills/Josh to throw less? Are we saying that without Diggs and Davis the Bills are going to become a 50/50 run pass team? I do not expect the Bills to suddenly become the Tennessee Titans. If not, the targets WiLL go somewhere. The real question is what percentage of those targets will be caught and with what production. Color me not worried about replacing Davis’ mediocre production on the targets and snap percentage he received. It would be an upset if we were not better at that position in total. As for Diggs, we can do much better than his late season disinterested production.

Training Camp 7/29 - First day of pads
FLFan replied to DaBillsFanSince1973's topic in The Stadium Wall
Hamlin and Bishop have both rotated in with the ones, along with Edward’s, the first 4 days of camp. Bishop was there today in place of Edward’s, running with the ones to start the day. That has been reported multiple times in this thread. It’s day 5 of training camp. No one has beat anyone out at this point. Can we at least give the kid training camp and preseason before calling him a bust? -
QB2 is a problem and has been ignored for years
FLFan replied to Milanos Milano's topic in The Stadium Wall
Five pages on a straight up troll post. I guess the OP got the attention he was seeking. -
Ryan Tannehill played the Clay game. Tua has beaten the Bills once. They have owned him in every other game. (Including that one really). That is hardly cause for shriveled genitalia if you are the Bills or a Bills fan.

That is unlikely. -
If only Keon Coleman could get open.

It is only day 3 and I am already sick of Thad Brown. What a tool. As for Drew Boylhart, draft analyst of the Huddle Report, whatever that is, thanks for your completely unqualified medical opinion based on absolutely no knowledge or specific insight. MVS needs to take down the smack a notch and make some plays on the field.

Bills 2024 Training Camp! (related content only please)
FLFan replied to Donuts and Doritos's topic in The Stadium Wall
I did not take his comments as a specific criticism of Bishop. It is just very much a one step at a time with rookies for McD. That is how he likes to bring them along. He also said a bit later in response to another question that safety, MLB, and QB are the most difficult positions to absorb in terms of the volume and complexity of information that is required to be mastered. People need to be patient with Bishop. I think it is highly unlikely he starts Day 1.
