How was parking with all the new construction?

Stat to ponder: Josh Allen: 3 rushes for 7 yards.
Virgil replied to ChicagoRic's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have nothing to back this up, but I think the first drive and play calling was McD’s way of putting Josh in timeout after last weeks game. Coaches were making a message and Josh was trying to listen -
Can we please use groot like parsons and Garrett?
Virgil replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall
I had this exact thought today. When Floyd and Miller are both healthy, I'd love to find a way to get all 3 of them on the field together -
I say, check back in when you play a real defense that pressures you and plays cover 2. This defense was never going to give you problems

9/17/23 Week 2 GAMEDAY Bills vs. Raiders Home Opener Pregame Thread

How was that not holding or hands to the face against Oliver? He got mugged -
Harty plays are obvious. Murray with better burst than cook.

Why did the Raiders scripted plays look effortless and unique, while we looked obvious and boring?

Bills got destroyed on every misdirection play. That’s just poor execution and knowing your assignments.

Elam a healthy scratch part deux (now part TRES) (now part QUATRO)
Virgil replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have no issues with them drafting Elam. It was the right call at the time with Tre being out, Wallace leaving, and Benford not existing yet. I’m frustrated that we haven’t developed or flipped him for something yet. I’ll say it again, play him in the preseason, let him play man, trade him to the Ravens for a third. Elam’s value will only go down from this point. We don’t need him for depth if he’s not even activated. -

Spread dropped from 8 to 7.5. Not a big deal, but curious as to why -

Just because I’m not surprised doesn’t mean it’s not frustrating -
If he can be healthy and contribute come playoff time, Kingsley is good to go, and Josh can get his head out of his ass.... I'd be all in

Week 2, Rayduhs v. Bills - Predict the Score

Raiders 31 Josh 13 Sorry, but I can't even bring myself to write up my standard slander. -
RT, C, and MLB. Strange, I feel like I said this 5 months ago..... I didn't specify C, but I did say 3 O-Lineman

I appreciate what you all are saying, and I am normally in the same boat. I get that it's only one game. But that one game was against the perfect Defense to prove what Dorsey and Allen learned this offseason. The answer is Nothing. We aren't going to get tested like that again for a while and until that happens, it's hard for me to care about their performance. It's like Notre Dame in college football. People get all excited about how great the are during the season and make the playoffs. Then they get absolutely creamed. It's to the point where their regular season is meaningless. Now, if they placed more ranked games, or were in an actual good conference, I would give them more credit. But the point is, they aren't being tested. If we played the Chiefs or Bengals, and lost, but the team overall looked good. I would be completely fine. Again, it's that we played the type of defense that was the perfect test of our advancement. We failed and I don't know how to take these practice tests seriously until another real test shows up.

To me, what would it prove? The Raiders don't present the threat to Josh and Dorsey that would make them prove they've made the proper adjustments. The Raiders just aren't on that level. No, the Jets overall aren't either, but their defense is.
-
I really can't bring myself to care about this game. I expect to win, but won't be shocked if we lose. Even if we win, it still won't answer solve any of the concerns I have about Josh and Dorsey because the Raiders aren't a team that would create the challenges those two can't seem to overcome. I'm in a crap mental state and I'll own it. I need Josh to prove he can take the easy stuff, and there aren't many teams that will make him do that. Until those games happen, I just feel blah

Packers now owe the Jets a second round pick, because Rodgers won't play 65% of the snaps this season. -
Yes, Cook was the problem 🤦♂️

Where is the data to suggest that things will change?
