Taylor has a 5.7 yards per carry career stat line (same as Allen.)Cam Newton averages 5 even. Vick is 7. So I think that puts him on that list.

I never ever understood the hate for Tyrod Taylor. He was a dynamic athlete that defenses had to properly game plan against and played a big role in breaking the 17 year drought. I think he is one of the better dual threats of all time and it’s cool seeing the contrast between TT and Allen as runners. Why is he not a bigger part of Bills’ lore? He got done what a **** load of previous QBs couldn’t. It’s not like Losman, Bledsoe, or Fitz didn’t have good defenses too. So I really don’t wanna hear how the defense alone propelled us there. It was also Tyrod’s legs and low turnover rate + big play ability as well.

Cook is going to have a monster year. He really started to come on in the latter part of the season rushing & receiving. I think Elam is gonna need another year, but if Tre White can return to at least 90% then the secondary will be in good hands. Having a consistently good Safety duo really helps as well.

Gabe Davis should not even be mentioned in the same sentence as David Nelson or Josh Reed. None of those guys even scored a TD in the playoffs let alone 4 in one game.

Sorry. I don’t even think of the pre-Allen days anymore. Forgot we lost w/ Tyrod. I’m not saying there isn’t questions. It’s just not fair to put him in a Marvin Lewis category bc he does have some playoff wins.

McDermott still won 4 playoff games. He’s 4-4.

CeeDee Lamb would put up some numbers with Allen throwing him the ball, but yeah not gonna happen.

But this isn’t a 5-12 team and Diggs is coming off 3 straight 1200+ seasons and a career year in TDs. Oh yeah, and he just got a nice new contract. His situation could be much much worse. If this is him sending a “message” then I have zero sympathy. If it’s a family issue then I do. Simple as that. Let’s see what happens on Day 2

Holy cow. The Bills have only been contenders for a few years. Give them some time to put it altogether. This is a conversation that should be had 3 more years down the road. Is it really worth overhauling the entire regime? The grass isn’t always greener. Luckily QBs routinely play into their late 30s so Allen still has plenty of time, he’ll just have to rely on this arm more as he ages.

I disagree about Hines. I want to see what they can do with a full off-season and playbook designed around him. I think he’ll get much more touches this year and a lot more snaps putting both him and Cook on the field at the same time. I mean what was the point in trading for him?

Trevor Lawrence is the real deal and that defense is extremely underrated. I don’t think they’ll get the 1 seed though, but will certainly be a top 4 team.

That’s just too small of a sample size to judge a receiver.

Pat McAfee the ESPN sell out

With McD calling the plays, a healthy Von eventually, Rousseau’s steady projection, Leonard Floyd + a Hopefully a more inspired Ed Oliver. Not to mention a healthy Tre White this defense is going to close the gap between teams like Philly & San Fran. There is so much to look forward to this year and Buffalo is gonna start looking more like the team you saw the first half of the 2022 season.

That was a great call. My personal favorite from Nantz was the Indy playoff game. “Allen. He’s a runner. No, he’s a thrower! Touchdown Dawson Knox!”

Look how badly the defense fell apart when he went out during the 2nd half of the Vikings game. I felt like he finally started putting it together last season. Expect much more completions over the middle next year.

His and family's financial future greatly depends on this season. I would be doing everything possible to ensure I have a good one.

There is only one team that wins the SB. All playoff games are big games and 13/14 of those teams end up losing them. I'm not sure what really constitutes a "bad" playoff loss from a good one? Should all of those coaches who lost be fired? I don't think so. I think if you're FO gives you a chance to challenge for the title every year then you should hold onto them, upgrade where they fell short, and push for one next year. I think it would be incredibly short-sighted to get rid of the 2nd best front office in the franchise's history. If they can't get it done within the next 5 years then I am with you 100%, but it's just too early. Too many people bought into the SB hype last year and placed enormous expectations on a team that still has some glaring issues on the offensive & defensive lines.

Even if he has a good season I still want him gone. Just proves his true motivations by performing well in a contract year. If Tre Edmunds wasn't good enough for a new deal then why should Ed Oliver get one? One is a top 5 player at his position and the other is a top 30.

IDK about that. A perfectly healthy Shakir should've been used more and I'm sure 90% of this board would agree. McD needs to start taking chances w/ talented rookies.

Beane does deserve some criticism though. He's made some serious errors for critical positions. I'm sure he would admit that as well. Guys like Epenesa, Oliver, Basham, Cody Ford, Roger Saffold, etc are living proof of that. You can't base your whole resume on the Josh Allen pick. This entire team lacks the physicality needed for winter football which should be one of Buffalo's strengths. Imagine having a defense like the Eagles or 49ers. Josh Allen with that cast is a recipe for a dynasty. Beane is a good GM, but some serious improvement needs to be made and his picks (especially on the defensive line) need to start panning out more.
