  1. Agreed. People need to temper their expectations based on this reason alone. Although That’s actually a pretty good stat line as a #2 TE and would show Kincaid is getting the most out of his opportunities.
  2. This just baffles the **** out of me. Beane has an obsession with RBs. Glad they didn’t waste a draft pick on one at least.
  3. Idk. I’d consider going from the 20th rated prospect to being the 2nd overall player drafted as a considerable reach especially coming out of a college football powerhouse like Syracuse. Aaron Maybin is in his own category as far as draft reaches go. 😂
  4. My brain tells me Davis, my heart tells me Kincaid. I hope for the latter.
  5. I’m gonna get gigantic **** for this, but Donte Whitner was considered a huge reach. He went on to have a pretty productive 11 year career. Donovan McNabb also. I remember the boos on draft day. Turned out pretty solid 👍
  6. This is the type of pick that could end up being a steal. Remember Diggs was also a 5th rounder. You never know 🤷🏻
  7. Kelce is a first ballot HOFer and maybe a top 3 TE of all time. Those are huge shoes to fill. If Kincaid can develop into a Greg Olsen type guy then I’ll be plenty happy. Easily. Tight Ends have a shelf life compared to QBs. Guys like Witten, Tony G, Gates all played well into their late 30s.
  8. I mean we aren’t going one & done in the playoffs every year so I don’t think they are just “regular season” good. We just weren’t a championship caliber team. Buffalo lacked the fire power of teams like the Eagles, Chiefs, and Bengals. Nabbing the best TE in the draft was monumental in fixing that. I just have a very good feeling about this draft. I can’t explain it
  9. Hey, people gotta start somewhere.
  10. I picked Klein, but I feel Bernard is being slept on. It’s only his 2nd year.
  11. Bills will be just fine without Edmunds. My point is I’m glad they didn’t draft a MLB high and instead went w/ the #1 TE prospect + top rated guard Torrence. Those 2 will more than make up for whatever setbacks the defense faces without #49. We have never had an elite TE before (they are almost as difficult to find as a franchise QB.) Just the thought of one paired w/ Allen gives me goosebumps. This type of draft has been long overdue assuming the picks pan out. The defense will continue to be a top 10 unit which is more than enough w/ an offense of this caliber.
  12. This is gonna be Beanes best draft since 2018. 2 monster additions to the offense making Josh Allen’s life much easier. Who needs a good defense when you have that kind of fire power ?
  13. I love the fact that he has a basketball background. Served a lot of great TEs well.
  14. Guard guard guard PLEASE 🙏
  15. They absolutely will, but I think Buffalo wins it by a narrow margin. McDermott taking over the defense could potentially be huge + Rousseau taking the next step (he has steadily improved each year from 4 to 8 sacks in year 2) along w/ Elam. Cook & Shakir also for the offense. The roster is going to be much improved this year as the young players in key positions continue to develop. It also depends on Rodgers. If he returns to 2021 form then a wildcard for Buffalo is very possible. No way is he as bad as he was last year, I think he will be somewhere in the middle. Jets & Miami are no longer free wins and that’s a fact. Those days are over. Jets will be the true rival this year. I think Saleh is the real deal.
  16. I disagree. Doug Flutie had a historical career and saw success in 3 different leagues. And is a NCAA and CFL HOFer. His role should be well-cemented in the story of football. IMO he is well worth mentioning.
  17. Rodgers quickly goes from best QB in the NFC to maybe the 6-7th best in the AFC. What a murderers row in this division. I still think Buffalo still takes the AFCE, but I have a feeling we will see the Jets in the playoffs.
  18. Hopkins isn’t a WR that wins with speed. He’s a great route runner w/ even better hands. I don’t think his skills are the type to diminish w/ age especially w/ the lesser amount of wear & tear he has. Maybe a 2nd rounder is too high, but either way I just don’t know how anyone wouldn’t be happy to get a player of that caliber. I don’t think there’s a chance it happens. I just voted in the poll
  19. F yeah. Tell me who could possibly fall in the late 2nd to the Bills that could contribute as much as Hopkins? I doubt anybody and even if there was a player, who says Beane would even draft him? They rolled the dice on Diggs and it paid off immensely. If Beane gets the chance then he will most definitely pull the trigger. He’d be stupid not to. Buffalo is in win now mode. Grab the highest rated G in the 1st and an athletic project MLB in the 3rd, let AJ Klein hold it down the first several games. Bank on the 2nd & 3rd year players to improve and you have a SB team.
  20. All very fair points and minus QB the 9ers have hands down the best roster in football. I also want to see what Purdy can do now that DCs have a good amount of tape to strategize with in the offseason. If Purdy can build on last year then you are probably right, but that’s a big if. Is it a given that they aren’t gonna roll w/ Lance? I’m not up to date on their QB situation.
  21. My friend still gives me **** about Locker to this day. And Clausen. Both massive busts
  22. Yep. Mmm hmm. (Will somebody please get this reference??)
  23. I remember buying this guys football card in Vegas for like 1.50 Edit: I have the 2nd one I believe
  24. Henry to the Eagles would certainly make them a shoe in for the NFC championship if they can keep up their pace from last year. I still want to see Hurts dominate for one more year until I’m true believer. I think Henry is well worth their 30th overall pick. The Eagles have the O-Line to get the most out of him. This would make me terrified if I was a Cowboys or Giants fan.
  25. I want the Pop Warner one
