  1. OMG...Wentz just overthrew his receiver by 5 yrds out of bounds on 3rd down. Time to fire everyone in the Eagles organization.
  2. I like our chances the rest of the season, as long as the offense plays with as much confidence as they played with today.
  3. Allen, Brown, Edmunds and even Hauschka.
  4. Glad this game is televised locally. Would really like to be only 1 game out of the division after today.
  5. Today The Bills have established their identity. They will Win or lose behind Josh Allen, Devin Singletary and John Brown.... Today...this offense looks good.
  6. After last weeks showing against the Browns, The Bills should really be fired up and ready to obliterate the dolphins in Miami. Given that JA has played well against them, and the fact the defense looked so pathetic on their last defensive series in CLE, all sets up a big day for Buffalo. Today I firmly believe they play up to their true talent level and not down to their competition. LETS GO BUFFALO!!!!!
  7. If you truly want to be heard in life sometimes in certain situations you have to compromise. Kaepernick had agreed to the terms pertaining to this workout initially but instead wanted to create a spectacle and a show. Trying to restructure the narrative at the last minute is his right, and ultimately will be his downfall. He had his opportunity and did not take advantage of it. I hope that this scenario will once and for all put to rest the drama surrounding Colin Kaepernick and his career as a player in the NFL. If you have talent you will have opportunity. What you do with that opportunity is an individual's decision.
  8. Should be a lifetime ban. He could have seriously injured Rudolph with that swing. I agree with Steve Smith. He lost the privilege to play in the league. I know Smith only mentioned a season long suspension but that was beyond barbaric.
  9. #27 Has been playing at an elite level this season. I look forward to his matchup with Cooper on thanksgiving. See how he shows out in Prime Time.
  10. This information would be more intriguing if we didn't have so many of our own problems. Would be really nice to grab the popcorn and watch the shows transpiring in both the Jets and Giants camps.
  11. All depends which Josh shows up, and it starts this week with Miami.
  12. Glad of this change. The game should be very interesting. Hopefully Josh has conquered the 0 coverage dilemma by then.
  13. There are arguments for both sides. All I know is that it is impossible for a 23yr old kid to do his job at a high level when he is afraid to make a mistake. There is no reason for Josh to throw it 41 times when we have a strong running game and an even stronger defense. Especially when the score is in the teens. Running sets up play action passes thus making JA much more effective. PA would make our speed an asset. Besides, Running the ball would also allow an effective playmaker to help carry the load on offense. Daboll needs to set the offense up for success.
  14. Very familiar, I have no doubt that is what he has been told. It took me a while to figure out what was wrong with his body language, then I heard comparisons to TT, saw Allen double clutch on passes throwing behind too many receivers, hesitating before he runs, then it just smacked me in the face that he was playing tentative. He isn't playing the game the way he knows how to play the way he wants to play. It doesn't look like he is playing with any confidence and he doesn't sound like it either. I believe in Allen and think he can take us where we want to go. But not like this. They have to quit babying him, let him take his lumps and do what he was brought here to do. We don't need a "game manager", we need a playmaker.
  15. You make several great points. I have noticed JA playing timid since the 3 int game against NE. He has looked slow to react and to me he looks like he is over processing what he is seeing on the field. Not how I want the leader of the offense to function. I also agree lets open it up. This year IS about his development. The problem is our soft schedule. Although it appears we are competitive we are clearly not dominating an inferior opponent, but just barely outscoring them. I think McDermott and Daboll are trying to protect Allen in hopes of winning now. Thus slowing his development. In addition I also believe that offensively, by leaning on our running game we can take the pressure off of Josh and not only be competitive but establish consistency and an offensive identity giving Josh time to figure things out.
  16. I think they have two options regarding their offensive identity. Either open things up and let Josh run his offense helter skelter gunslinger style , and win or lose roll with it. OR run our offense through Singletary and make Josh a game manager. Neither are great solutions at this point. But at least they are directions
  17. If those are the options I have to roll with C and place an * next to it. Josh is not immature. He has been playing frustrated. He doesn't want to go for the 3 yard completion and the first down. He went for the kill shot and it failed. The one issue I have with the last drive was the confusion about huddle or no huddle. were we going for the tie or the win? hard to determine. I think this confusion led to instability and created a lack of confidence. Instead of knowing what they can do to succeed, they were hoping for something good to happen. Lack of preparation and execution killed our chances to score a TD.
  18. Check the Browns schedule. They played and lost to the Seahawks, Patriots, 49ers and Titans, and they laid a 40 burger on the Ravens in Baltimore in a win. They are talented, play inconsistent and have bad coaching, but they have talent on both sides of the ball.
  19. 100% agree. But the team still in the middle of "the process". Wasn't this year supposed to be all about Allen's development? Our offense isn't a complete product for the long haul. We have what we have for this year. But next year we should be ready to compete with some additional offseason acquisitions maybe a MLB and move Edmunds outside, you mentioned an elite rusher maybe they look to upgrade at CB opposite Tre. We are still a very young team. We also need more playmakers on offense. Our weak schedule has created a false sense of hope. McDermott is trying to keep the team competitive despite the inefficiency of the offense. JMO
  20. maybe it isn't the talent on the team but the mindset of the coaching staff. We are still in rebuild mode, and there isn't any indication by the coaching staff or the front office, that their outlook is different.
  21. Going into Miami who has a 2 gm win streak...(sigh)
  22. LOL. James Lofton was not the Bills problem...today.
  23. I know the offense is a work in progress. But right now it has no identity. Not sure why Allen threw 41 times. I thought the Browns had a porous run defense? The last drive was maddening. I don't see the same QB on the field this year that I saw last year. Singletary only had 8 carries. Our Run defense is a pathetic. Edmunds is NOT a middle LB. Wallace looked bad, Bad game all around. I had hope for the game early when the defense stopped CLE 9 times. 9 TIMES inside the 1. Maddening game. I know this team is growing but we have been regressing since the first qtr of the season. We have looked bad since the NE game. Need to get this straightened out.
