  1. Josh looks a lot better than I thought he would. So far the Bright lights of Dallas aren't too big for our young gunslinger.
  2. To answer your question regarding if I think That McDermott is better than Chuck Knox. I do. Simply by comparing their win/loss records after 2 full seasons and 11 games in Buffalo. Knox's record is 20 wins 23 losses no playoff appearance through the first two seasons. McDermott has a 23 wins and 20 loss record with 1 playoff appearance. Knox's body of work is greater than McDermott's up to this point, simply because he has been a HC longer and he had some great seasons with the Rams. But when comparing their time with the Bills. I believe that McDermott is a better coach. as a side note. I also believe that we have more talent now on this team then what was on the team during Cribbs early years with the Bills. But that is comparing apples to oranges. Since The era's are so different. But for that time there was a lot of talent on the team when Joe was drafted.
  3. Motor is playing with a lot more talent around him and a competent coaching staff. Same thing can't be said for Cribbs.
  4. Thankfully since the Ravens and 49er's play this week, the game will be decided on the field. Not in a studio, where obnoxious morons try to camouflage their opinion as facts. I get more relevant, pertinent, factual and interesting information off of this message board. Unfortunately when all is said and done. The information here is worth much more than what is being packaged and sold by ESPN.
  5. ?...I would spend more time on a response but I wasted too much time watching "Jarrod the Clown"
  6. I am looking forward to how our young stars perform on the big stage. I have heard for years from the players how the Bills don't get respected. If you want respect you have to play big when the lights are the brightest. For this team the lights have never been brighter. Something happened to this team after the loss in CLE. They do not look like the "same ol' Bills." In the standings a loss doesn't ruin the season. But if they play fearless like they have the last two weeks, There isn't any reason we can't beat Dallas. My biggest concern is injuries. Win or lose we are going to need everyone healthy to finish the season strong. I have seen a lot of injuries happen on Thursday night football, because games so close together really take a toll on a players body. Lets hope the team is up to the challenge.
  7. I was really surprised how well the entire line functioned after Morse went down with the hand injury. It was very impressive. Von only had 2 tackles with 1 assist and a sack. Doesn't sound like domination to me. And the rest of the Bronco d-line is also very good. But the Bills ran over them and demonstrated their will. Pass protection was good. Just a great overall performance.
  8. Dallas is really struggling playing in the elements. One of the reasons I don't expect the Bills to ever play in a dome in Buffalo. I really hate the Patriots ST. At some point it has too stop.
  9. He is definitely starting to figure things out. That pass to Beasley was on the money. and that pass to brown IMO was his best pass all year. He is Houdini when he is running the ball. JA is really fun to watch. 2nd Game in a row he played with a lot of confidence. Keep growing kid. This team is going places.
  10. Both the O-line and D-line played lights out today. Oliver looked like a completely different player and Lawson looked great. Feliciano and Long did a great job when Morse went out.Tre and Matt led a tremendous defensive effort. Congrats to Gore and Singletary both hitting personal milestones today. Josh Allen played a great game. IMO this game was never in doubt. On to Dallas, bring on "Dem boys".
  11. If acute attention to detail makes McDermott a "control freak" so be it. He is the captain and until that changes he has the right to be particular and demanding. I think his coaching style is fantastic. He demands accountability and structure. Two vital components to a successful organization.
  12. Great point. Clearly we have had the fewest injuries in the league overall. So much credit goes to the organization. Keeping players on the field helps their value and extends careers. It also helps us bring in the right players during FA. The Patriots are a shell of their former selves despite their current record. By the time the Bills play in Foxboro we should know everything we need to know about the Bills and the Patriots. If Josh continues to play "fearless" we will be a tough team for any team in the AFC. The game against Baltimore will be the biggest game in OP in decades. Can't wait to see how the rest of the season unfolds.
  13. Bills played horrible against a good Philadelphia team. The loss to the Browns was pathetic. I would just hate to see the team come out tight or flat. They need another "inspired" performance against a mediocre Denver team.
  14. So a team that hasn't had the success they expected this season, has internal strife, has their backs against the wall and is now playing the Bills at New Era and is looking to save their season. Where have I heard this story before? Weren't the Eagles...hmmm...ok well about those CLE Browns.... yeah...I thought so.
  15. lol. Brady is playing like he is seeing ghosts. Brady 10/23-105.
  16. Encouraged to see him taking advantage of his opportunities.
  17. screw this. Lets take our season 1 game at a time and win em' all!!
  18. IMO this is easily the most complete and consistent effort by the offense this season. It reminded me of the final game of last season, when JA played like his hair was on fire. When he plays with confidence he is amazing to watch. When he plays tentative or is too fired up and forcing plays he isn't nearly as effective as an offensive leader.
  19. WOW. this Patriots offense is putrid
