We need Motor in the backfield to take the pressure off Josh. Knox, Beasley, Brown, and Gore are excellent receiving weapons but we need a running threat.

We’re on to New England ...
DRA3196 replied to Over 29 years of fanhood's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I am hoping that like most young teams, we play to the level of our competition. It will be very interesting to see what wrinkles Dabs and Frazier can come up with next week. If I remember correctly last year our defense was nasty in both games. Our offense however couldn't get out of its own way. I hope Felliciano and Singletary are cleared to play. -
Is Josh Allen the most fan friendly Bill ever?
DRA3196 replied to auburnbillsbacker's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
His persona reminds me a lot of Freddie Jackson. A great person who had time for anyone. Led by example on the field, tremendous worker for the team, organization and community. Freddie was the HEART of this team for a lot of years. -
These types of posts make the board fun... Josh was Josh. A young ultra talented QB that can make things happen some good plays some bad. But ya know what they WON. Did the team play good enough to win the SB today? Nope not close...BUT ya know what.. They didn't have to play at that level today. They had to play better than the Bengals today. And they did. Sometimes life isn't about the destination. It's about the journey. The o-line wasn't great today. We still won. The team is 3-0 with a HUGE division showdown coming up against the vile, Patriots. We are young, we are talented and we are learning.

Finally, a Coach that gets "IT". Great picture, even better message.
-
Deep passes off play action, early and often. The 12th man showing out and firing up the "D". Oliver's first career sack. D-Line pressure all day. Shut down the Bengal's running game and limit their passing game. Josh to be on point with his decisions and accuracy. O-line controls the LOS. The special teams be consistent, play smart and create opportunities for the offense and defense with field position. GO BILLS!!!

Where is the outrage for Tyler Kroft
DRA3196 replied to Bigantall's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The only people who should express outrage are the buffoons that purchased Tyler Croft Buffalo Bills jerseys. Other than Tyler's mom and dad, no one else should really be too excited. -
And just like that, a HOF career is dead...….DUMB @$$. thought he was owed and entitled and bigger than the game. The game of football is a fickle lover. If you show her respect and appreciate what she does for you. You will be rewarded. If you abuse her and take her for granted she will make you pay, by taking from you the very thing that you sought all along from the game. In this case AB lost all respect and credibility. A man does not treat anyone the way he "alleged" to treat those two women. AB had a responsibility because of his opportunity to be something better, in the end he believed his own hype and thought he was something he wasn't.

I wonder if he can be a "Lunchtime Hero"?

LOL.... Sam FarmerVerified account @LATimesfarmer Follow Follow @LATimesfarmer More Josh Rosen on being drafted 10th: “There were nine mistakes ahead of me.” 7:45 PM - 26 Apr 2018 Somehow I don't think Rosen thought things would work out this way. Found this on his Draft Profile: https://www.nfl.com/prospects/josh-rosen?id=3219524f-5335-7433-3207-a02a4e884405 "He wasn't the guy everyone rallied around in college and you don't have to dig around for too long to find people who said he was hard to coach. He's definitely talented. Nobody questions that. But he's going to have to get grown men to buy into him as their leader. That is not a given." -- NFL Executive I always questioned his HEART. It appears he is going to need more than that if he wants to stay in the league going forward and luck in the league has escaped him so far.

He has too have a strong game against the Patriots. Would be great if his performance led to a win. He has to just continue to develop and show that he can make the right game time decisions. The kid is growing right before our eyes and is doing everything right. He just can't get complacent or relax in his preparation. Just stay grounded and hungry Josh. Keep focused and never be satisfied with your current success.

Bad bad Josh Allen stars in Angry Runs
DRA3196 replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
JA shows a bit of Jimbo in that clip too. -
That is the key. Look at the improvement with just one offseason. I refuse to apologize for who we play. How many of the Patriots SB runs have been because they have played against teams in the weakest division in the league, year after year after year. What the stats say to me is that a young player is developing and learning his craft. He is playing against inferior competition the way I would expect a franchise QB to play. When the game is on the line he isn't afraid of the moment or situation, and he isn't learning how to deliver, he IS delivering. It's a HUGE part of "the process" that Allen needs to develop so he can lead this team and franchise.

our defense was content to let Eli have time in the pocket to throw the ball instead of attacking the pocket with a pass rush. That is why our pass rush looked so invisible and the defense did not blitz much today. It was by design to hold Barkley to minimal gains. If McDermott was going to let the defense get beat it was going to be by Manning, not Barkley, our pass rush is fine. Hughes is fine, Murphy is fine, Lawson is fine, Darryl Johnson is fine. (He got banged up but came back into the game). WOW!!!

Miami reportedly ready to pull plug on Fitz
DRA3196 replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Sorry Fitz, our underperforming team is your fault. Even though we are trading away all of our talent for future draft picks. Thanks for your time. It makes me wonder, is Fitz pulling an AP in Oakland scenario? It has been reported that several Miami players want out of the situation. Have to see how it plays out -
I give McDermott and Beane a ton of credit for what they have put together in the short term and what they are building long term in Buffalo. Kudos to the Pegulas for Bring these two men to operate their football operation. The sky is the limit for this team as long as they can stay focused and execute. Go Bills!!!
