  1. It makes little difference where Daboll parks his butt.
  2. You're too young to remember Dan Darraugh and the time Ed Rutkowski (SE) had to fill in as our "emergency QB.
  3. If we don't use our first 2 picks on an OT and C, you can forget about 2019 also. WR's and CB's are much easier to find in FA than OL.
  4. I don't know what you were watching, but he didn't look very good today. That said, I'm still hopeful for his future. I don't think he's anywhere near ready yet, though.
  5. We're not "bringing in" anything at this late date unless you want to trade away what is looking like the top pick in the draft to bring in a mediocre talent.
  6. I have to believe the spread will be much bigger than that come game time. Sadly, the D looked MUCH worse than mediocre. This wasn't all on Peterman. Every unit on the roster looked pathetic. It HAS to get better, right?
  7. Yeah, I think Beane is vulnerable, but again, as long as they show at least a little competitiveness. I don't think Kim Pegula's job is in danger, though.
  8. Yeah. I won't argue that point and specifically in L Frazier's case. He's a great DC. I have to say that I feel for Daboll with so little talent to work with. Still, they have to lift things up. Even if we don't win more than a couple games, 47-3 all year means heads will roll. At least stay within a score or 2, right? I can just imagine that postgame interview with Dareus if we play like that against the Jags. He'll be laughing at us for sure.
  9. I know we don't have much talent on this roster, but most of these guys have at least played in the NFL before. The coaches simply MUST do a better job of getting this team prepared. It's only 1 game, but McDermott and Beane will need to get things turned around and at least show a little competitiveness or their tenure at OBD could be short lived. Every realistic person understood that the team was going to take a step backwards this year as part of a full rebuild throughout the organization, but they simply can't perform this poorly all year or the Pegula's will lose all confidence in them. I don't expect them to play this bad every week, though. Still, even my prediction of 4-5 wins is looking pretty shakey right now.
  10. You know when your punter was the best player on the field for your team, you're in trouble. Hey! He only shanked 1! He only fumbled 1 snap! I guess that will be the bar for performance this year. I bet Shady is praying for his release so he can return to Philly.
  11. After that game, there's no way to single out 1 person as most negative. Keep reading.
  12. Well at least Peterman has a challenger for worst Bills QB ever, Here are Dan Darraugh's career stats. http://www.nfl.com/player/dandarragh/2512467/careerstats
  13. Give the punter a raise. He's earning it this year. He'll probably need a prosthetic leg after this season.
  14. It's ALL uphill from here! In other words, there's only one way we can go and that's up. Right now, this is as bad as it gets.
  15. They could not have filled all the holes on this roster in 1 offseason anyways. I think to say that he does not "intend: to fix the problem makes no sense. Of course they all want to fix the problem at OBD. The real question is can they.
  16. This one wasn't Allen's fault and neither was the inability to block up front, but Allen's accuracy was not good. His placement was often poor. I hope he can correct that and a little protection as well as someone to throw to would be helpful. Even if it comes together for the rookie, he can't do it alone.
  17. We can't afford to do that because we will never be able to build up the OL through FA. Team's don't often let good OL walk these days. You'll just end up with backup caliber players like Bodine. We're going to have to bolster WR and CB through FA and draft several OL including our next LT in the 1st or this pain will continue.
  18. Is Daboll this bad? How long will he last? Who will replace him and what will this do to team morale?
  19. Now I really am upset LOL. Gee thanks for that note of optimism.
  20. Oh dear Gos no!!! Get an OL before you throw him in. He'll get killed and lose all confidence. It could take yeatrs for him to recover. Like I said, this is possibly the very worst OL in team history and I've seen every one of them play since 1960.
  21. Perhaps the preseason wasn't a fluke, but a look at some ugly losses to come in 2018. Time will tell, but we couldn't be getting off to a worse start.
  22. I'm not sure how to do that, but I'll look into it. I'm on a PS4, so it might be tricky.
  23. Mills is 72 and you are correct about Petermann. I'd be curious to hear more about that, but maybe in a non-Bills thread. Maybe if we just played the Ravens this year 16 times lol.
