Because he said "It's not my job". It was a stupid thing to say. Murray just is not a leader. He is all about himself and always has been. When things are going badly, he points to everyone else. He has horrible body language on the field. Hey, we can't all be good leaders, but as a QB in the NFL you need a baseline of leadership, or at least don't be a distraction, and he always makes himself a distraction somehow. Sorry, I feel strongly about this. He is a sucky leader.

The Jets are soft. They fly around, but when the game starts to turn, they get demoralized and their defense starts to crumble.

Elite QB's elevate the team around them. If Josh Allen was on the Jets, he'd be making plays.

I like how everyone was anointing the Jets and Rodgers after one drive. Well, reality takes longer than one drive to show up, sometimes.

You are projecting your own hate and bias onto others. The players have always rallied behind McDermott. They have always played hard for him. He has always been adept at motivating the team.
